The hotel is beautiful. My room had a great view. It's quiet and serene. The staff speaks English and they are very polite and very helpful! The hotels has 2 restaurants and neither of them serves food all day. There is no restaurant nearby. So if you arrive hungry then you stay hungry. The TV in the room has terrible sound, as If TV speakers are removed on purpose. The rooms don't have sound insulation may be that's why TV's speakers have been removed.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is incredibly new with amazing facilities. Although it is an hour drive to the main attractions of the Qiandao Lake, it is an incredibly scenic drive - and the hotel is amazing for the price. Elaine provided us excellent service at the counter and will take care of all your needs! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

Our family had a great time at this fabulous hotel. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay very much swimming in the pools overlooking the hotelfront scenic lake and mountain views. Special thanks to Alisa for her kind assistance and Dodo for his hospitality.

Great place to stay if you want some peace and quite away from the bustling city, they offer western and chinese for breakfast, hotel staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are very clean. We really enjoyed our staycation in this hotel ❤️.

The stay at the Crowne Plaza Thousand Island Lake was amazing. My friends and I were treated to great service and care. The staff is helpful, the food is Western and Chinese, the bar is good and the view is spectacular.

We had excellent service at check in with Lina!! She was very quick and efficient, made it pleasant. Also Wangfei in the dining area was excellent! Very attentive to anything we needed.

If you’re planning to go here make sure you get tested in Hangzhou because the test in your city won’t count👎 the swimming pool opens late and closes early 👎 (Positive—review) the hotel was clean and we did some water activities which was amazing and the prices are pretty reasonable 👍 the hotel service is ok but they could be better! We had dinner at a western restaurant; their service is a 10/10 very friendly manager🫶🏼 Oh let me not forget the view 👌🤌❤️ to die for 🤞

一直聽説千島湖是個旅遊勝地新生嚮往，等了很久，終於有機會來了。已經酒店就看到酒店到處都佈置了聖誕裝飾，聖誕節的氣氛烘託得很到位。前台服務很熱情，幫我們詳細介紹了套餐裏的東西還贈送了中餐廳的代金券、帶我們參觀了湖景房間。不過我們沒有選擇在酒店吃飯，按照別人的推薦去了周圍的農家樂，性價比很高，味道也很不錯，嚐到了很多當地特色的菜餚，包括千島湖大魚頭。這次出行還是倉促了點，衹住了一個晚上，下次要安排個兩三天，定個湖景房間，讓自己完全沉浸在這優美的湖光山色裏。

第一次到這個地方來，確實是比廣東冷好多，好在白天都是陽光燦爛的，陽光下到湖邊去散步，真的能把我熱出汗來。這次預訂沒有注意看，以為千島湖的房間都是湖景房，定錯了山景房間，有點遺憾。但沒想到的是山外也是一片綠叢叢的，前台也提前聯繫了，幫我們在房間加了取暖器，真的挺貼心的。禮賓的大姐還告訴我帶着農夫山泉的礦泉水瓶，去尋找農夫山泉的地標山頭，隔壁農夫山泉的工廠參觀還贈送好喝的飲料。這一次到千島湖的旅行簡直就是研學旅遊[偷笑]上學沒好好學的地理就當是在這裏複習了。
