Service orientated. Great view n location. High floor n spacious rooms. Good, comfy beds. Good water pressure.

The first hotel I cannot unlock my room with my door card. Ask the front desk they say everytime i need to back to hotel ask them to help open the room door. Parking system very unfriendly for hotel guest. Need to validate at front desk everytime before exit hotel. And you need to use different lift for room and parking. Room is clean and , just a bit old. Bathtub looks quite old so i not dare to use. Breakfast quite good. But i will still choose not to stay again anymore.

1)- Need Improvement in Educate the staff 2)-Clean the Toilets Properly specially BathTub 3)-Provide the Sockets beside Bed for charging Mobile , Really annoying to charge mobile at study desk 4)-At Least provide Smart or Google Tv Come on its Youtube and Netflix time But in hotel we feels like we are still in 90s

Value for money. Room is spacious and view is awesome. We stayed on the 20th floor and enjoyed the jb city view. Loved the gym and swimming pool, not crowded, in fact we were the only ones using on a Saturday morning.

This was the first time I was asked to pay an RM 20 non-refundable tax and service fee. Didnt think much of it until after my husband asked if i was given a receipt. LOL.

Has an indoor swimming pool. Nearby to convenience stores. Many eateries along the hotel. Massage shops also available. Area of hotel has many entertainment spots. Plenty of car grooming shops around

I was having a course there, so had to book the hotel for 2 nights. Here are some of my thoughts regarding my stay: Pros: 1. The staff at the counter were excellent. I reached earlier then check in time, so she offered to keep my luggage. 2. Managed to check in earlier. 3. Room was somewhat comfortable and spacious. 4. Location is good, near to eatery places and malls. 5. Food was acceptable. A good spread of heavy and light food. 6. Higher level rooms offer spectacular views of JB and the large windows accentuate that. Cons: 1. The hotel itself is pretty old and worn out. Need some or total refurbishment to compete with other hotels in the area. 2. Ironing equipment and area needs to be improved. 3. Amenities in the room are old. Didn’t have water kettle although coffee and tea sachets were provided. 4. The cafe afternoon tea service was too slow. Had to wait almost an hour to get my goreng pisang package and the taste was horrible. Didn’t get to use swimming pool and other amenities so I would have to reserve my comment. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and the price was affordable.

Hotel @ Perfect location within Eateries, Spa & Minimarts. 10min from Customs. Staff: Friendly and accommodative Hotel Room: Its an old furnished room but clean and presentable Amenities: Cafe, Restaurant, KTV , Spa .

The beds are hard. The bed sheet look old and not sure if it really got change with a brown blanket between the sheets make me feel itchy. I feel itchy and in the night. Can hear the top occupants running in the room for like 30 minutes in the middle of the night. Too tired to call lobby to check if there anyone staying in the room. Breakfast food so so… not worth. The toilet look old and bottom cracks. The room floor can feel lots of hairs that are roll in between your toes. The shower hose shower went loose and wet the floor. The water not hot and the tap look run down. The good is the room facilities service guys are good and fast. The service counter staff and hotel staff are good. The lifts are fast. Room quite big.

Walking distance to KSL and food Centre behind hallmark Regency. Very vibrant, the rooms were really done up

Good location hotel. Near to Banafe restaurant and cafe. Can only walk to spa and a lot of store around hotel. Wise price for short trip with my husband.

Spacious room. Only one pillow each. Wooden Toilet door looks old but all look clean and tidy. Stayed only for a night so didn’t bother us much. Surrounding has many eating places.

Great room and service.. must try this hotel if you are in johore

The hotel is in a great location and offers plenty of space, but overall, the experience was mixed. While the room was large and comfortable, the cleanliness of the linens was disappointing. The bed sheets and towels were no longer white and had an unpleasant smell, which detracted from the stay. Additionally, the hotel’s size made it hard to understand the purpose of some of the areas, leaving parts of the property feeling underutilized. With a bit more attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness, the hotel could provide a much better experience.
