****Updated! The manager , Ethan , reached out to me and said he wanted to make sure all the wrongs were corrected. We had a lovely chat thank you Mr Ethan He wanted to address the dirty linen & the blocked advertised destination charger. I have full confidence that when we go back again, and for all the other guests in between, it will be a great overnight experience Arriving from a long day on the road & with a promise of an advertised destination charger for our car, we discovered another car parked in the charging spot not charging. Front desk told us there is nothing they can do and gave us the key card and we wearily walked to our room only to discover that it smelled like a huge ash tray! Ugh ×100. Walked back to the front desk, told me I was out of luck. No other king rooms were available. He promptly gave me a big can of room freshener spray & said use this I upon settling into the room after using Lysol wipes & air freshener I discovered a trash can containing the guests before us, trash & the laundry basket in the closet containing used towel/towels. Positive note the bed linens were clean after being closely examined & the bed was comfy. 1HC & Candlewood suites, y'all need to own your work with cleaner rooms & give a care about people needing to use your advertised destination charger. (FYI 1/2 of the 4th floor is for smoking guests)
