It's in the heart of city close to local restaurants. Staffs are very friendly (beyond normal and over the top).

Leuk hotel die authentiek aandoet door de houten bebouwing. De familie die dit runt is vriendelijk en attent. De kamer en badkamer zijn schoon en worden dagelijks bijgehouden. De airco werkt top!

Love this family owned business ! The owners treated us like their family… the rooms are clean and A/C is strong! Breakfast is served on the terrace outside our room… we will definitely be back !!! Mango festival is in April… make plans now …

I was working on an assignment with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), whose offices are right across the street from Zemkamps, making it an ideal location for our stay in Jordan. Eugene and his staff were especially welcoming and made us feel very much at home. He helped my wife organize day trips and he personally drove us to one of the beachs for a weekend outing. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable, which meant we slept well. There were several good options for breakfasts, which we enjoyed al fresco out in the main pavilion each morning. The grounds were tastefully landscaped and just added to the ambience. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

And older property for sure, but remains to be very reasonably priced with well kept and clean accomodations... Wifi is good, a/c is strong, bathroom has good pressure/hot running water.. Bed was actually surprisingly very comfy! Centrally located.. the staff is very pleasant and very responsive to guest's needs.. Lots of small areas in the property for quiet relaxation.. In the middle of town but appears lush and very private. Breakfast was served in an open air "hut", food was good and very good value... Their cafe was still closed post-pandemic but we got very good recommendations from the staff, there's a nice local pizza place within walking distance. Easy choice to go back and stay here whenever we're in Guimaras. Very well managed and a hidden gem of a place ❤️❤️❤️
