Clean and quiet. Near to beach

Good choice for west palm beach area stay. Walkable to Juno beach expansive walks. Older property but well maintained. There is plenty of parking on site. Small lobby with breakfast area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were super nice.

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Juno Beach, and it has become my top choice for accommodations in the area. The hotel is conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and a mall, making it easy to enjoy the local amenities. One of the best features is its proximity to the beach, which is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is very nice, offering comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn Juno Beach for a convenient and pleasant stay in the area.

Location location location. This is always our first choice. Great staff. Walking distance to everything from coffee shop to souvenir shop to fresh fruits to the beautiful ocean. Have even walked to Loggerhead sanctuary from here. And the tea house! Rooms were perfect. Love the balcony room for hanging diving equipment for drying.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Room was big and bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast area was extremely busy in the morning and the help was having a hard time keeping up. We arrived at the hotel early and asked if it was possible to check in. The desk clerk said it could be about 20 minutes. I said that would be great. I went out to the car to tell my husband. About that time, the parking lot filled with police cars and an ambulance. We went in later and asked about our room. A different clerk told us to come in and have a seat. He would let us know when it was ready. We waited and he told several others their rooms were ready, but not us. An hour and a half later, we walked back up to the desk and inquired about our room. It was ready and we weren’t told. No harm no foul, but we were tired since we had been on the road all day.

Renovated rooms. Easy access across the bridge from Jupiter. Had stayed in years past and went back because I felt the area was safe and away from the normal hustle and bustle of South Florida. The village of Juno Beach has its own police and I could see them patrolling when I arrived around 11 pm. The Hampton has been there for years but the rooms had been refreshed. Offered all the normal Hampton amenities including free breakfast. Given the age and diminishing quality of most hotels in the Jupiter/PB Gardens area, I will be happy to stay here anytime.

Do not stay at this place, we were assigned a room with a balcony in the front of the hotel after requesting a quiet room several weeks prior to booking. This was the opposite of that, it began with the road noise, kept us all night, then in the morning a crew of asphalt company decided to tear up the asphalt right below our room at 8:30 am, jackhammering and tear out, could not believe my eyes when I stepped out on the balcony. This was a handicap spot, and a handicap truck was parked in the spot and this crew was working around the truck, dust and noise was incredible, windows of truck were cracked open, such disrespect. I took a video and pictures of this and shared with management; they did not seem to care. I also asked for regional manager and refused to give me that information. This was one of my worst stays in the many times I have stayed in hotels. Shame on you Hampton Inn.

I was unhappy with the customer service. This is my 3rd time staying and i never had issues before. My reservation was cancelled from the hotel same day of booking causing confusion. And then rebooked at their discretion, I did not ask for them to do this. They did it all on their own. And then I was double charged for my old reservation they cancelled and then for the new one too. I had to open a case with Hilton who did not call me back or help me. After calling a 2nd time and talking to someone who was poor in communication did i get the issue resolved. And top of that i got charged early cancellation fee which i was not told about. I got sick and had to leave early than my original booking. But i left during check out time at 9 am so I have NO idea why they charged me this fee. I have never been charged this fee at any HILTON hotels where i have checked out earlier from my original reservation. And worse part it is NO where in writing about this fee. Bad customer service. I am rethinking about my stay in future hiltons. I am a Hilton Honors member for years. But to charge customer fees without letting them in the reservation confirmation and at check in is just deceiving. BE AWARE. Ask about all the fees at this Hotel before staying. And ask to get it in writing otherwise they might charge whatever fee based on their discretion.

Stayed 6 nights and everything was great. Very satisfied. Everything was clean, comfortable and every single employee was friendly, happy and helpful. Would recommend to everyone. Used everything while we were there: the fitness center, the pool, the laundry services and the breakfast and it was all perfect.
