I booked a room the other weekend (5.10 6.10). I was very well received, the rooms were great. On Saturday I went for breakfast around 9am and it was almost empty.When an employee appeared, I went to her, and I had to tell her the same thing 3 times, because to my surprise she was wearing headphones listening to music. This really wasn't what I expected from a Hilton. I hope this was an exception and the next time I come back the service will be better.
