Mountain Hotel Luis

This was the best hotel stay of my trip to Austria with my family. It is located near the town centre of Kaprun, just a few mins drive away. The hotel was nice and clean, nicely decorated to mimic the vibe of a wooden cabin. We booked a family room that was nicely furnished with a kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa that was turned into a sofabed (and there was a tv). There was also a balcony. The other room was the master bedroom with a king sized bed. The toilet was also spacious and clean! *Note: My family usually stay in modern style hotels and we feel like cabin style rooms can be scary and dark/dirty, but this hotel defied our standards! My mum is also particularly picky about cleanliness esp when it comes to the toilet, so rest assured that you can trust my word hahah* The staff was very friendly and gave us a tour of our room when we checked in, and answered our queries, even going to the extent of helping us apply for our Zell Am See Summercards! There is a good selection of bread, toasts, cereals, and the typical eggs, bacon, beans, ham for breakfast at the Luis Gardens restaurant. The staff was also very welcoming and would help us brew coffees, and ask us for our special orders everyday (these included diff styles of eggs, pancakes, and porridge). For dinner, this restaurant is one of the highest rated in the area, and though variety is certainly present, its dishes proved to be more fusion than traditional (eg we ordered the asian curry with rice, and coming fr Singapore the curry was not the typical style of asian curry we were used to, but rather had a more herby taste to it. We also ordered the roast pork and that was delicious!) Overall 10/10 reccommed this hotel for its price. The room is spacious, clean and has amenities, coupled with the nice ambience of the restaurant and the wonderful and helpful staff. :)

The rooms are very nice and spacious and there was all the amenities needed for the perfect stay and there was a underground parking which was big and the balcony was big and spacious the the view was breath taking I recommend the hotel for family’s and the breakfast was also nice there was a lot of options available and the location was perfect it’s in the center of Kaprun and all the activities are near and the staff were friendly

Its very clean and big apartment. The staff is very friendly. Its a comfy place to stay on with your family especially if you are more than 5 or even a group of people They get all what you need and explain to you what kind of perks you have. The breakfast is simple but they cook for you. Also you have a parking lot.

The entire stay at the hotel was just perfect. Starting with an extremely positive and friendly receptionist (Rebeka) who put us in a good mood right from the start, through to the truly outstanding breakfast and dinner, which left nothing to be desired. The entire hotel complex is modern, very well maintained, clean and has a very nice spa area. The whole team - special thanks to Rebeka, Michi, Milan and Helene - does a great job there, for which we can only congratulate them! The hotel is also a premium partner for the summer card, with which you can visit the most important sights in beautiful Kaprun free of charge.

A person is unable to describe the beautiful moments, especially with the presence of comfortable housing, and this is what happened. The hotel apartment was very comfortable, making you feel from the first moment that you are in your home. The apartment is large and spacious, the cleanliness is excellent, the division of the rooms is comfortable, and all the services in it are professionally arranged. The front facade overlooks part of the village and the picturesque mountains, a view that you cannot forget, especially in the morning and at sunset. The location is considered in the center and is also close to all other tourist areas. As for the staff, they deserve thanks and praise. They are very professional, friendly, and the service facilities are excellent. Spacious parking. Everything in this hotel is distinctive. My recommendation is that it is worth staying in again. Thanks to the receptionist for her kindness and respect for customers, as well as many thanks to the staff in the hotel restaurant. It will be my permanent residence in Kaprun.
