Paramount Riverfront Resort & Spa, Karjat

I visited hotel last month. I had stayed at executive room. Narendra & Arun gave me good service. They had provided my requestions. They had made nice room. Executive rooms are good for accommodation. I enjoyed accommodation as well as meal.

Housekeeping was courteous, and the service was excellent. Kajal from the house staff was very cooperative and did her job exceptionally well. The reception was also very accommodating. Availed the services of the Spa as well which in itself is a unique experience.

A decent resort but get phase 2 rooms. Phase 1 rooms are not upto the mark neither vibe is good. Food at surabhi restaurant is average where as the continental restaurant was ok. Pizza was below average. The price they take just for the room is too much. Phase 2 rooms and vibe is good.

It was excellent experience. Rushikesh was our coordinator. All the arrangements were very good and hygiene maintained very well. Food was tasty. We visited twice for corporate outings and will to come next year too. We will recommend surely visit this place to enjoy nature and hospitality provided by Paramount. Thank you!

Food and all the arrangements were really good. Entire team enjoyed the time during our stay at Paramount. Rushikesh was our coordinator and he ensured to manage things very well. He was there to check if the arrangements were as expected at every step. This is the second time we visited Paramount Riverfront resort for office outing and would really recommend this place to everyone

We stayed for 2 nights mid week for a peaceful uninterrupted vacation. The resort has two phases providing different views and priced differently as well. We booked Phase 2 room which is river side with a pool view. There is a lot about this property that stands out as positive but there are few negative pointers that must be considered. PROS: 1) Great design and infrastructure of the entire resort. 2) Cleanliness 3) Spectacular wifi connectivity. We watched 2 movies on OTT without single interruption. 4) Good food at both restaurants, especially the sandwiches and buffet breakfast at Waterside(river front) 5) Great location 6) Friendly staff 7) Attentive staff at Waterside Restaurant 8) Toiletries by Ignis which is a reputed brand. I ended up buying the body wash online. 9) Good color theme in the Phase 2 rooms CONS: 1) The size of the rooms is small and we did not find it as a problem. However, the rates of the room is high compared to what is offered. 2) We expected to have a quiet leisurely time but there was constantly a conference or meeting going on in Sundown(conference hall) which is located in Phase 2. This was making it difficult to spend time by the poolside or just relax at the table by the river due to gatherings of people in the area until late night. 3) As the resort is located by the river, it is impossible to keep room windows open post evening due to hundreds of insects buzzing everywhere. 4) We are unsure if the staff is forgetful or just not bothered that we had to regularly keep supplies of water as our request for even complimentary water was not stocked despite multiple attempts. 5) The phone in the room is useless. It never works. The guests have to contact the concierge through their personal phone and the staff always seem to give excuses about network issue. 6) The water drain is located right above Waterside Restaurant which is so unpleasant when you are sitting by the window(photo attached). 7) The infrastructure is good but the room size, service and other facilities are at par with a 3 star, not 4 star hotel. 8) There is a construction and finishing work going on by the pool side and in corridor of Phase 2 rooms.

We visited the place on 12 th for one day ( thank god just for one day ) we had pathetic experience.. Do not go .. bad service.. you give order and then wait for ever .. no hygiene .only pool area was comparitively better .. they use only plastic .. plastic cups plastic plates and plastic glass..
