It looks amazing and luxurious from outside. But that is where it ends. I was booked for 4 nights and had paid for all three meals. I was told that i was given an upgrade in the room but I do not consider it as an upgrade. It was a very dark room. There was some construction going on towards the back of the hotel so there was no natural light in the room at all (i mean it- completely dark) even when it was a sunny day and i opened the curtains. There was a fixed menu for lunch and dinner including paneer and veg dishes with dal-rice and we were asked to choose from this menu only for all the meals. We had to request if we could choose one item from the ala carte as we were not big eaters and only wanted a curry and roti. Although they accommodated this for two meals, it felt like a big deal and we felt uncomfortable asking for it. I have stayed at various 3, 4 and 5 star hotels in different cities of India. Anytime i have ordered evening tea, they have always served with biscuits even without asking. This was the only place where we had to ask and we were charged for the biscuits they gave. Considering this is located on the highway, the hotel does not have any facilities for transport for the hotel guests who have not arrived by car. I was happy to pay for it but the only one service they had was charging extortionate amount. There was no uber facility in the area. I really think the hotel should consider offering this to the customers. I would however say that the staff were polite, pleasant and wanting to help but still quite restricted in what they could offer. I decided to leave a night earlier than planned. But I believe I paid huge amount for the area and the facilities they had to offer.
