The Prince Karuizawa

Not aware that there are actually 3 Prince Hotels in the area. The Prince Kanazawa is the one far from the train station, not like the one at the West and the East. It was not clearly indicated at the booking platform or explicitly mentioned, thus caused confusion. You need to get the shuttle bus to enjoy Onsen. Car park fee is Yen1000 per day but not for multiple entries for hotel guests. Options for food are also limited at The Prince Kanazawa. If you look for a more convenient location, better book for the East and the West.

The Price hotel is the only 5star hotel from my search before making a reservation. There are 3maybe 4 prince hotels in that area, very easy to find and you can drop your luggages at the conseige right next to the station, so me and my wife went directly shopping at the outlets. Room was garden view but it was actually facing the golf court, not bad. There was pretty much nothing at THE, you need to finish everything else outside and just to sleep there. Not bad but next time i might be staying somewhere i can find a famly mart. The only thing need to improve from the hotel side is the shuttle bus frequency is definitely not enough, too packed during west wing to station like a tuna can. from station to hotel as well. that was a big minus to the experiences.

The staff are nice and helpful . The room is well equipped and cozy . The shuttle bus service and transfer service is thoughtful . The view outside is fantastic . The onset is great !

We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel by how classy and classic it was. The structure, the lobby, the stunning view from our ground-floor rooms. Services were excellent as with most Japanese establishments of this sort. It also has hotspring in a neighboring sister property, so that was a pleasant surprise. Location-wise was grest as it is near the outlet mall yet off the main road so you can even do see stargazing.

Very nice and friendly! Particularly enjoyed the onsen; modern and clean.

The sceneries around are healing and staffs and friendly and helpful

Beautiful Hotel with amazing location . Loved i

The room is very spacious and clean. We love to take a rest and have a drink at the lounge after going to the Onsen.
