During my stay, I had several alarming and unacceptable experiences:
1. **Theft and Security Concerns:** On two consecutive days, I discovered my personal belongings were missing from my room. Each time, similar items disappeared. When I raised this issue with your staff, their response was inadequate. Offering free drinks does not address the severity of the situation. I expected a more serious and positive resolution, reassuring me that your hotel values the security of its guests.
2. **Poor Housekeeping Standards:** I encountered numerous issues with the cleanliness of my room. My feet and face were bitten by unknown insects, implying the presence of bedbugs or similar pests. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did not change the bed sheets after cleaning; they merely tidied the bed. The towels were stained and unhygienic. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and far below the standards I expect from a hotel of your reputed brand.
3. **Hot Water Supply Issues:** Throughout my six-day stay, there were four days when the hot water supply was inconsistent or entirely unavailable. This was particularly distressing given the cold weather. On most days, hot water was only available late at night around 1 AM. Such inconsistency is inexcusable and severely impacted my comfort and overall experience.
