Hotel Southern Residency

We traveled as a group. Stay was ok but for the size of the room. Lot of dust. No hangers, soap etc kept in the room

No response, no amenities given, very poor service it’s a small room where no family can stay and poor service

To start with, this hotel seems to me quite reasonable in terms of accommodations. But costly with regard to food, when compared with others in that locality of such quality. Executive Rooms are quite spacious, but not the standard rooms. Prices for rooms are fluctuating based on demand. Dining area is hygienic but varieties for breakfast was limited. During morning hours, suggest having more vigilance with senior staff members available when it demands for utmost satisfaction to Customers. Dining staff for Oyster needs to be more accountable and sincere. Reception staff were found to be very helpful and acquainted with Hindi and English languages. Suggestion for Improvement: 1. More varieties for breakfast 2. Dining staff to be more sincere/accountable 3. Room prices to be fixed/not fluctuating as per market demand 4. Room maintenance to be done/some washroom taps were not functional Apart from that, all went well. Recommended for VIT parents as they offer discount for students. It is near to VIT campus & you will get cab for drop in front of the hotel.

Very polite and friendly staffs securities and managers. Good tasty and quality foods. Big rooms and pleasant stay. Keep going.

Rooms are very small for the place/location and the price paid cramped. Breakfast service not good. Staff is ok
