Room Maintenance: Prioritize thorough room inspections and address issues promptly. Fix peeling paint, dings, and holes to enhance room aesthetics. 2. Bathroom Upgrades: Invest in bathroom renovations to eliminate mold and improve design. Cleanliness and functionality are crucial. 3. Heater and TV Maintenance: Ensure all amenities, including heaters and TVs, are in good working condition. Promptly address any connectivity or operational challenges. 4. Pricing Transparency: Reevaluate the deluxe room pricing. Transparency is essential to avoid customer dissatisfaction and the perception of a ripoff.
