The Good: the location, the staff (Anastasia is very helpful and all staff are very friendly), the cleanliness. Good AC and equipped kitchen. The Bad: we had apartment 102 which does not have a balcony or terrace, rather the windows open either onto the back of another building or onto the pedestrian street outside, so it is very dingy. The apartment is very harsh… hard stone, hard sofa, extremely hard (though large) bed (absolutely awful bed). We stayed for five nights and didn’t sleep well at all and for this reason would not stay again unless the other apartments have better beds and more light and air.

Really lovely apartment. We arrived very late at night from Dubai (with a few days in Manchester) so we had a fair bit of luggage, and a toddler in tow. There are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment entrance, so if you have lots of luggage/a pram etc just be mindful of this as it’s a bit of a struggle getting up all of the stairs. Once you’re at the entrance there’s some more stairs again to get to the elevator. The apartment itself is just stunning, really clean, with lots of space. This is needed when travelling with children. The bedroom is really spacious and has a small balcony (which we didn’t open due to the toddler but could be really cute of an evening). Bathroom well equipped and clean, and a small kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need. There’s a laundry area on the ground floor which is great, we did a load of washing which helped us with the toddler. The location is perfect, you’re really central with all of the amazing old town sights closeby. There’s also a supermarket closeby (use google maps) to get staples etc. Overall, we loved the apartment. Given we came from Dubai and have high expectations with hotels etc, this was fabulous. Would highly recommend for families, as long as you’ve got someone to help with the luggage!

Look no further this hotel is amazing. I travel the world frequently and this hotel is right up there. the day before you arrive you receive a WhatsApp ready to update you on everything you need from PIN codes, wifi, and transfer options. The room is clean modern and has truly thought of all the little things like toothbrush kits, bottle of water and wine in the fridge to robes and luxury linen and accessories. Location is sensational and mins from port and airport. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We were greeted this morning by the most gorgeous receptionist ever and lockable units for our bags. We will be back for sure. Super impressed.
