I recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at Barton Hall. The grounds are beautiful, and the spa was a highlight, especially in the sunshine.
However, the breakfast was disappointing. The English breakfast options were too salty, and the juice tasted synthetic, making it poor value for money.
The staff were somewhat strict about the rules for accessing the spa, which felt a bit excessive. Despite this, they were generally helpful and courteous.
Overall, a nice stay with lovely surroundings, but some improvements needed in breakfast quality and staff approach.

As a former employee for the company as a guest they went above and beyond for mine and my new wife! A special shoutout to the team who made our day very special indeed! Aaron who went above and beyond for us helping us even when he wasn’t working that day still made the time and effort for us! Shelley and Ivana you was amazing through out the whole thing making sure everything was perfect and it was more than perfect! Kitchen team to all the chefs all I’ve heard is how good the food was from everyone so am very grateful for the whole experience would recommend any day

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW, absolutely flawless. The welcome we had was incredible, all of the team were , friendly, funny and very very attentive. The bar staff, the events team, the spa staff made our stay so memorable. We have been lucky enough to travel the world and have experienced the best hospitality whilst doing so. The experience here was right up there with the best. Joanne at the spa was such a delight l. Her smile brightened our day and could not have been more helpful.

Had my wedding there in September was absolutely amazing but Shelly the wedding planner made everything run so smooth and really went above and beyond even getting her mum to drop off a sewing kit after my dress was stood on nothing was to much or to little I don’t know what I would of done without her she is an absolute credit thank you so much for the most memorable amazing day of our lives.

We were very disappointed with the service. We arrived and we greeted by a very nice young lady who took us to our table however we had a couple of issues with our food. When we raised our issues with the manager she dismissed them and refused to help at all. We asked for her name and she didn’t give it to us but her staff called us she was called Maggie.

Absolutely amazing day at Barton Hall who hosted our wedding in November this year in the Orangery and Charles Suite. Beautiful venue, stunning scenery and all the facilities you could need for the day. All the staff were very helpful, including reception staff, behind the bar, waiters and chefs. The food was outstanding and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Shelley assisted with the organisation of the wedding and completely smashed it out the park on the day. She went above and beyond her duties, especially with some in the moment decisions that needed to be made. She made us feel so comfortable. We couldn’t have been any happier, and really appreciate her being there to keep the day running smoothly. She clearly has a wealth of experience which really shone through. We can’t thank her enough. A day that will never be forgotten and we would recommend anyone in two minds about booking a wedding to do it. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful morning at the spa! From the moment we arrived, Joanne made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us get settled and ensuring we felt right at home. We spent three blissful hours in the hydro spa and chillout room, which turned out to be exactly the escape we needed after a hectic few weeks. The hydro spa was so relaxing and offered a perfect balance of soothing jets and warm water to melt away any stress. Every detail felt designed for relaxation, with cozy seating, gentle lighting, and a serene atmosphere that encouraged us to fully unwind. The chillout room was equally inviting, with comfortable loungers and soft music that created a peaceful, calming environment. We could really let go of all our worries and simply enjoy the tranquility. It was clear that the team had put a lot of thought into making the experience feel personal and rejuvenating. By the time we left, we both felt completely refreshed and recharged. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to escape the hustle and bustle, I couldn't recommend this spa more. With Joanne’s thoughtful care and the beautiful setting, it’s the perfect place to relax and take a well-deserved break. We'll definitely be back for another day of pure relaxation!

Had an excellent Sunday dinner with my family and we were waited on by Ruby. To say that Ruby was exceptional would be an understatement. Ruby was an absolute delight and in a world of teenage angst she is charming and a breath of fresh air ❤️ Look forward to dining there again.
