Ndaru Luxury Suites

床很硬，很小，而且床户靠樓梯，本來答應換房間的，也沒換，攜程在國外的服務還需要進步！打了一個電話沒有後續了！

We had a lovely time at Ndaru Luxury Suites! The staff went above and beyond everyday to make us feel well taken care of (e.g., we got extra honey and fresh fruit at our breakfast table often). I enjoyed the gym quite a lot! I managed to get my exercises in much more often than planned. The pool was very enjoyable! It was where we had our dinner and drinks most nights. We had some issues with one of the bathrooms in our room. Staff accommodated us at a different room with no concern. I was sad to leave, especially because we were so spoiled by the staff!

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and a good location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having amenities like an on-site restaurant, pool and gym are really useful. There is a small supermarket and ATM just two minutes up the road, and a choice of restaurants (lots of good Indian food) all within 2km walk. The restaurant and bar staff are really nice. There’s a decent choice for both food and drinks. Food is slow to arrive but that’s the case in most of Kigali! Some suggestions for improvement are to provide more vegetarian choice in the restaurant (most of what was on the menu was not available, and you can’t live on pizza!). Also, offer ‘do not disturb’ signs and/or locks on the room doors so you are not disturbed by housekeeping while napping.

I have been visiting Kigali regularly for work, but this is the first time i stayed in this property. I had an issue with my airport pick up because when I arrived, no one came to pick me, and i tried calling Dorothy several times but no response. I waited for nearly an hour, and just decided to take the airport taxi. They apologized later, saying the car had some issues, and also offered me a complimentary drop off on my departure. But the disappointment could have been avoided if they informed me and not just left me waiting for nothing at the airport. In terms of the hotel, the location is very good, close to the city center. The room was comfortable, although it was inconvenient not having a table and chair inside. I always had to eat at the balcony. The food in the restaurant is also not bad, but it will be better if they add more options in the menu. But what stood out for me are the staff who always tried their best to make things convenient for me. Big thank you to Dan and Godfrey at the Reception. Amazing customer service.
