My husband and I stayed at a one bedroom unit for 4 nights in October while visiting for Octoberfest. The unit was located on Countrystone Drive. This was a great location, just a 5 minute walk to a shopping area and restaurants, and easy drive to downtown. The area and building were nice and quiet. As other reviews have said, Zoe and Doris and team were very quick to respond to issues. The downside was the number of issues we had to call about. Housekeeping had missed cleaning a number of areas - when called they quickly sent a housekeeper over to address them. They had to come back a few times to provide missing basics such as hairdryer, hand soap, washcloths, and clothes hangers. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils, but not all great quality - silverware is dollar store, knives are not sharp, frying pans need to be replaced. The provisions are basic, with just enough for a couple of days e.g. no extra garbage bags, just a couple of dishwasher tabs, no tea towels, instant coffee but no tea bags. If you are wanting to stay any longer than a couple of days, be prepared to buy these types of items. Note that there is a coffee maker, but no filters and only instant coffee supplied. Furnishings again are quite basic - small bedside tables, and only one lamp, the bed is low quality (no pillow top), badly sagged in the middle, and ready to be replaced. Bed linens are not good quality either. This area is relatively new and still being developed. There is access to a patio in the back yard, but is not set up to be used - no furniture or a fence, and with the construction behind the unit, you would not use it. Overall I would say that this unit is sufficient, but definitely not an “executive” suite. The potential is there, being a relatively new unit, but the quality of the furniture, utensils, accessories, etc. is not there.
