Посмотрев орла и решку, решили остановиться в этом отеле. Ценник конечно завышен. Почему 5 звезд тоже непонятно. Приехали на своей машине, сами выгрузились- никто не помог. Сама поехала припарковалась (как оказалось не там). Когда попросили на ресепшн помочь с чемоданами, только тогда вышли их забрать. А потом мне сделали замечание что я не там припарковалась, попросили перепарковать машину. В коридоре на этаже присутствует неприятный запах затхлости. На потолках плесень. Заходим в номер и видим одеяла на шкафу, как у бабушки в деревне. Кофе машина в номере оказывается платная!!! На завтраке засохшие хлебобулочные, соки не доливают- мы на них не успели, вместо сливочного масла маргарин, столы не успевают убирать- все заставлены тарелками, в итоге сели за грязный стол. При уборке номера не добавили чайно кофейный набор. Пляжные полотенца все застиранные, старые. На бассейне случайно наступила на пепельницу, полную окурков- скорее всего с прошлого дня, т.к мы пришли утром. Туалет старый около бассейна, вонь стоит, еще и очередь собирается. Фото прилагаю. Этому отелю надо поставить 3 звезды. Они не в курсе, что такое сервис

Хороший отель. Парк рядом прекрасный, растут лимоны, бамбук. Пляж в мае был грязный, но и вода холодная. Еда отличная на завтрак

Great hotel with perfect green territory, open and covered swimming pools, serviced beach and nice cocktails in the bar. Great breakfasts but missing champaign which should be present at such hotels. Rooms are a bit dated and tired, scratches all over, old-fashioned badly working furniture, a/c and toilet are noisy, carpet smelly. But still rooms are comfortable and nice. Food other than breakfast is of a medium quality and seems a bit overpriced. The only dish which we found really great was burger ! Main drawback is staff - badly trained, not coordinated, almost not speaking any language. In top some of the staff are rather ignoring … Overall - probably best in Kobuleti and one of the best in Batumi area. Small drawbacks will not spoil your stay, but if management will see into them hotel will become really a gem !

One of the best places in Georgia, if not the best. Both for family visits, or for friends or solo. Absolutely loved it. We loved it so much that after check out, we went to Batumi and on our way back home stayed 2 more days there. Food is remarkable, place is top! Pools, spa, rooms, service... I honestly don't know which one to say. We loved it!

Everything was the best. I rested well.Thanks to the reception for the good view.Thanks for a good vacation. I am in love with this place. I will come back and rest longer. Thanks to each employee for their attention. You are the best.

Providing outstanding service, the dedicated hotel staff ensure an excellent stay. However, the quality of the buffet breakfast does not match the standards of a 5-star establishment. Despite complimentary coffee normally including coffee capsules, an additional charge is applied for them in the room. The price they impose exceeds what would be reasonably expected given the property and its location. With an impressive room, pool, and private beach, the hotel guarantees a fantastic experience.

Good 5* georgian hotel. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Large rooms and territory. Pros: + Really large rooms + Good food + Friendly and professional staff + Plenty of local shops and cafes nearby + Good spa + Excelent cleaning service Cons: - Slow Wi-Fi - For lunch and dinner all beverages like tea or coffee (except plain water) are paid.

I enjoyed my stay in gph it is an amazing hotel that has an amazing service. Its very beautiful. One thing i would add is that they do not have pet friendly rooms. I think every 5 star hotel should have pet friendly rooms becouse for example i could not stay more than 2 nights just because i did not have anyone that could look after my dog. (She is a very small breed yet they still did not allowed her to stay)

Gorgeos Kerala spa. Very friendly and serviable staff. Excellent place to relax with friends, family or alone. I strongly recommend after hard work week to take escape with aiurvedic massage and treatments.

Excellent hotel, high-class rooms, high-class service. The best place to relax. A beautiful lunch. Indoor and outdoor pools, spa center. My family and I are happy to stay at this hotel. The best dishes in their restaurant. All services for a good holiday. simply the best

the best thing about this hotel is that i felt as if i were at my home, people there are so welcoming which i like the most, i loved the vintage interior and views. overall i loved this hotel so much 💖💖

My family and I were treated inappropriately by the staff at the beginning of our arrival. At 8 pm, when we went to the restaurant, we realized that the hotel restaurant serves only a certain group and they do not serve food to other guests. When I wanted to talk to the hotel manager about why they didn't inform me about this important issue when booking the rooms by telephone, the receptionist said that the hotel manager is on vacation and there is no way to answer and you have to go outside to eat 😞(because my mother had a surgery of her leg, we were not able to go outside for dinner. The next and very simple problem we had in this hotel was the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste. This hotel does not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste to the guests. When I asked the reception to provide toothbrushes to our rooms, she replied, go and get them from outside 😞

The great place for solo travelers, you can visit as for business visit as for your holiday. Along the nice hotel very long and nice beach, near is the park with cafes if you wont to taste local food.
