Novotel kochin is a business hotel with most unprofessional, badly trained and highly unorganised Front desk. Actually I felt sorry for those youngster who were standing and pretending to be Front desk managers at a Five star hotel when they have no clue what they are doing.. sadly no one to guide them.. I was getting late for my flight and was unable to book cab (dnt why may be because of the remote location or being Sunday). So requested front desk if they can arrange a cab. Front desk Person didn’t even blink and just said No. Had to ask hotel security guards for help, they were so kind to arrange the auto to reach on time. Thanks to those two kind men. Coming to hospitality- Pathetic hospitality, had to call 4 times to restaurant and house keeping to get in room dining menu.. which took them exactly one hour to bring. Upon trying to inform the front desk- every time response was “ will forward your request to concern department”… @Novotel kochin is a joke on the name of 5star. Been a loyal customer @ Taj hotels, I did a mistake of staying there. @Novotel learn something about hospitality and customer care from some good hotel groups.
