The overall experience was satisfactory, but there were several areas that could be significantly improved. The room facilities fell short of expectations, and the water provided at the property was locally manufactured, which felt subpar for the standard of the hotel. Additionally, the taxi service could benefit from better quality control—while the in-house cabs are limited, the external taxi vendors used need to be vetted for better service and reliability. Another point of concern is the behavior of the staff at the pool. They could have been more friendly and welcoming, which would greatly enhance the guest experience. Similarly, the restaurant staff repeatedly asking for the room number during each visit became uncomfortable and intrusive, almost giving the impression of mistrust. This practice should be reconsidered to ensure a more seamless dining experience. Additionally, it would be far more convenient if the bill could be settled at the restaurant itself, rather than having the staff come to the room after every meal to get signatures. Regarding housekeeping, the cleaning staff were overly chatty, which detracted from their efficiency. It would be appreciated if they could focus more on their work with minimal distractions. Lastly, while most services were decent, the reception staff on the day shift need to be more attentive to customer requests. There was a mix-up with my taxi booking, which could have been avoided with better communication and note-taking. Furthermore, the rooms listed on the Wyndham website and MakeMyTrip do not match the actual description and quality of the rooms provided at the property, which was disappointing.
