Excellent hospitality and very good service. Specially I mention the staff Pooja she was soo humble and kind she used to respond immediately and given good services to us. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, blending modern comfort with local charm. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the plush bedding to the well-stocked mini-bar, ensuring that every need was met with ease. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's dining options. The on-site restaurants served an array of delicious dishes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine. The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful presentation made each meal a delightful experience

We spent 2 days completely with Mother Nature because of the fantastic environment.. It was calm and serene where we can relax ourselves from our busy and pressurized life style.. Kids enjoyed in private swimming pool (temperature controlled) even though there was drizzling every now and then... Buffet menu can even be better with more South Indian dishes.. And, some more non veg starters can be included.. Last but not least...Staff were very polite and responsible... our point of contact was Pooja...She was very supportive throughout our stay and made sure that we are comfortable in all aspects...

Evolve Back in coorg probably the best Cityscape and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was assisted by Ms. Milana, she was so friendly and very informative about the resort and the activities around the resort. Everything was peaceful out there. Thanks for the amazing vacation.

Very satisfying experience. We booked through Evolve back. Aditi in the Bangalore office was exceptionally helpful and resourceful. The whole team were keen to make the trip as hassle free as possible. The transport they booked was very comfortable and the driver Manjunath drove skillfully and made our long journey from Bangalore airport as comfortable as possible. The reception team was very very helpful. The Heritage Pool Villa was a spacious accommodation tastefully done to maintain the aesthetics of living in Malnad but to a grand scale. Staff in all departments were very hospitable and nothing seemed impossible to these guys. We could feel the bounties of nature all around us. We woke up to the calls of a bird on the first day that we were informed was the Schimitar Babbler in the bird watching session. We attended theses sessions the three mornings that we were there. We started off with naturalist Murthy who had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the birds and trees in Coorg. He was even able to imitate a few birds and it felt that a few responded to him. Honey the following day was equally good and showed us a few different birds. Annappa took us for the plantation walk and told us a lot more about nature than just the coffee. He was extremely knowledgeable and bird watching with him the following day was another treat. He also got us booked on the Elkhill Estate tour despite it being last minute. We are grateful that we did that tour. Jackson who took us on that tour was again very knowledgeable and we were really surprised with his skills behind the wheel of the Bolero on that terrain. Food was exceptional at the Granary and the Plantain leaf. The south indian thali and the range of dosas there was impressive. Vinoo who appeared to be the lead dressed in traditional silk costume was an exceptional host. He was supported by several other members who rotated between the three restaurants. All the staff at the Granary and the Plantain leaf restaurants were very hospitable. Housekeeping provided by Molly, and Ummad was very efficient. Huge thanks to them for having made our anniversary very special. The snacks and drinks in the rooms were sumptuous. Heated pools at the villa worth the extra cost. Reception team very courteous and very resourceful. There was a dedicated person from reception who enquired about us every day and in our case it was Sinchita. Highly recommend this resort.

Great resort great ambience staff here at this resort so caring and friendly especially jesila ma'am and Uday uttaya they really took nice care of my family since we had 6 month baby with us . everything was near and clean resort food was fantastic at all there resturant had great time at this resort

The property was beautiful and hospitality was great. Sinchana took good care of things and was always available. Rooms were moved and adjusted to put the friends close by. The restaurant helped providing special infant food and the food in all the restaurants were delicious. The six course meal in peppercorn that’s a must try. Also the breakfast in plantain leaf. The room service was top quality and the pool was maintained really well. We all had a great time and would definitely love to visit again
