Stay at varahavally for two days was very pleasant. Verny neet, clean &hygienic. Complimentary breakfast combo was excellent. Really worth to money.

Property is good but service is to be improved as there are no electric kettles to prepare tea and coffee by ourselves. Limited food options as they prepare food according to their menu

Worst property, don’t even think of this. 1. No proper parking
2. No receptionist person to assist in front office
3. Dirty bed sheets
4. No water bottles
5. No 24hr water bottles

Hotel needs some improvement. 1. Food i am a south indian so managed many north indian families who came did not have their regional foods. They have only standard idli, dosa and upma. For the amount 4star hotels offer 20 plus buffet items for this price. 2. Hot water is updated as 24 by 7 but hotel offers on stipulated timings of 2 hours in morning where you are forcing what others needs to do in their leisure timing. 3. Kettle is mentioned in part of facilities but was not provided and when i demanded them they provided. 4. Instant cofee or tea options not available in room. 5. Restaurant alacarte options will be mostly un available but they allow online food delivery, thanks for that. Restaurant staff are good and responsive. They mostly have women staff deployed at hotel and restaurants and their services are good.

This is the first time i have stayed in a hotel. They provide a warm welcome. Very near to kodai lake. You can easily access shop and hotels. Hotels breakfast is awesome. I stayed for three days with my family. 24 hours room services. They provide a tourist guide and package. The hotel managers and staff are very humble. This 3 star hotel's ambience is too good. Room near and clean. Hot water is only available on time. Morning 6. 30am to 9 am. Don't worry if you requested they will arrange for it. When i was there there was no camp fire and apart from all good.

We stayed here on a weekend and we were the only guests. Hotel is avg. Services are very poor. Hot water is for limited period both in the morning and evening
every other service has to be requested be it jot water, tv and even the intercom with reception. Even though they were prompt at attending issues. Especially service boys. But basic amenities shouldn't be requested in a hotel. I would say for this better hotels are available. Breakfast is nice and staff at restaurant are courteous.
