Terrible hotel. We were travelling with friends and they booked it for us otherwise we would have left. The bed and pillows are hard. The bathroom was terrible. (You will smash your head entering it if you are tall). The property looks rundown. The staff look like they are being held against their will. I gave it two stars instead of one because the location on White Sand Beach is great. Other than the location it was not enjoyable.

We were extremely unhappy I asked for a up grade to beach front bungalow and I asked for a bottle of champagne flowers and fruit none of this was done I had also asked for breakfast included also told no breakfast included. The manager refused to talk to use she messaged us calling us kirsty and Allen ! We are Clive and Denise! I have stayed here six time s in the past ten years I am shocked at the way I ve been treated this is a special occasion it is our second honeymoon. The fact that the manager is not prepared to talk to me directly shows that she does not care that she has messed our holiday up. I have now paid more money to get the room I wanted. I use *********** all the time this is not acceptable to be treated this way I have a copy of the messages with the property informing than that we are on our honeymoon clearly they don’t care about that if this is not resolved by tomorrow I will not be using *********** again 1. Not given correct room 2. Not Champaign 3 no flowers 4. Manager not interested!!! Further problems Safe not working Wardrobe door broken Window broken insecure I want this matter resolved by midafternoon tomorrow or I will be seeking a full refund the manager has had opportunity to correct matters or speak to me the have done neither I have had no response from booking .com or the hotel manager this is dreadful I have used booking. Com for years and been to this hotels previously I can t believe the dreadful way we have been treated with total disrespect Complete waste of time complaining totally arrogant of the manger not to communicate or even apologize the fact that there is issues with the room and they are not prepared to resolve them after this holiday I will not be using Booking. Com again

This was not at all good a good experience for us-Rooms with mouldy and musty smell, cockroaches in the room, no hot water in the showers, toilet that was not working for several days. The hotel management was not service minded at all and did not help us changing room until in the very end of our 4 weeks stay. The food in the restaurant was good but the service really bad. Its a shame for a hotel with a good location and a very nice pool as well.

Service extremely slow, waiters don’t respond upon calling (not to mention the lack of understanding of English). No condiments, paper napkins provided. Smell of urine all over the place, probably the toilet is just next to the eating area. Half decent food at a high price.

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est excellent, juste sur probablement la plus belle plage de Koh Chang. Mais quel dommage que le reste ne suive pas. L'établissement a grand besoin de rénovation. Le personnel n'est pas du tout formé et livré à lui même, les serveurs, tous très jeunes, parlent très peu anglais. Ils n'ont aucune notion du service. Il n'y a pas de manager, personne pour tenir cet hôtel. Et le pire, c'est cette musique techno boum-boum tous les soirs jusqu'à passé 11 heures. En plus, ce n'est pas donné et le petit déjeuner est tout juste correct. Il faudrait tout revoir de A à Z.
