剛到酒店印象不錯，但入住房間就覺的很破舊不堪， 最可怕的是夜晚熟睡時候，既然有松鼠爬進來，爬到身上，對這酒店很失望。

房子裏有老鼠，住了4天，有兩天晚上沒睡好，第三天晚上看到了地上跑的老鼠，聽到了老鼠在牆角的叫聲，第四天晚上直接因為老鼠在房頂上而叫來服務員抓老鼠，抓住一衹，另一衹抓不到而選擇換房間。價格這麼高的酒店犯這種低級問題，確實沒想到，而且蚊子也很多，肯定不敢再去了

設施：在泰國住過最好的酒店 和六善一個創始人所以和六善挺像的 但比蘇梅島六善感覺要好 可能地理位置加私人飛機遊艇的接送 一下子讓體驗感更加升級了吧 最亮的一點是酒店的早餐超級棒 環境：很好 感覺迴歸大自然 衞生：非常棒 無可挑剔 很滿意的3周泰國之旅 soneva是在泰國住過最好的酒店從環境到服務到酒店附加的項目 推薦大家去潛水釣魚等 價格收費也很合理 計劃年底再去一趟

Sonevaは最高でした！とてもluxuryな雰囲気で 気候も良く対応も良くまた再訪したいと思う Hotelでした！次回はソネバジャニ　　モルディブへ行こうと思います！

Lemos em algumas revistas e vimos muitos videos que falam deste hotel como sendo, pelo menos, um dos melhores do mundo. Já conhecemos alguns hoteis da Sovena e outros tantos da "irmã" Six Senses, portanto sabia-mos que o Kiri tinha tudo para nos agradar. Chegamos de um circuito pela Tailândia, pelo que o Soneva Kiri foi a última paragem neste maravilhosos país. Durante cinco dias, a experiência foi incrível. A viagem até Ko Kut faz-se num pequeno avião, próprio do hotel, desde Bangkok, uma viagem que dura algo mais de uma hora. O excepcional atendimento do hotel deixa-se notar já no aeroporto da capital. Pessoal do hotel estava á nossa espera, pelo que não tivemos que fazer absolutamente nada até a hora de embarcar. A chegada ao hotel demonstra a importância que o estabelecimento dá a cada um dos hospedes. Á nossa espera estava uma forte representação do staf, entre os quais a direcção do hotel, o cheff e, obviamente, a nossa "butler". A Meenie, assim se chama a nossa "Barefoot Guardian", foi a alma da nossa estadia. Ela marcou o spa, ela organizou jantares surpresa, picnic, visitas... tudo!!!!! A Minnie esteve sempre um passo è frente do nosso pensamento. E tudo isto sempre acompanhado de um sorriso sincero que nos conquistou. A comida é extraordinária, a qualidade e abundância não deixa ninguém sem adorar cada refeição. As villas, impressionantes, são gigantescas e com tudo o que faz falta. Durante estes cinco dias, tivemos tanta sorte que, na primeira noite, a Meenie disse-nos que já tinha marcado mesa para o jantar, isto porque estava no hotel a Cheff Maria José San Román, com um menú degustação para apresentar aos hospedes. O menú tinha tudo aquilo que se espera de um Cheff com Estrela Michelin, mas algo mais. A Maria, como gosta de ser tratada, é de uma simpatia invulgar e de uma simplicidade de nos conquistou. Quando a equipa é tão boa, não é fácil citar alguém. Ainda assim a Kuan, nossa house keeping", a equipa do Spa, o sommelier "O" ou o James que nos serviu várias vezes, são apenas alguns das pessoas que vamos recordar... além da Meenie, claro!!! É extraordinário estar num hotel onde toda a gente te trata pelo nome, pois sim, todos sabiam o nosso nome. Na despedida, a Meenie disse-nos que "espera ver-nos de regresso ao hotel". Como não sonhar com isso?!!!!!!!

Soneva Kiri is, simply, exceptional. It’s a luxury experience, but completely free from stuffiness and formality. Being barefoot the whole time is a total joy. The villas are out of this world. The food is, without exception, outstanding. The spa treatments are excellent. Getting around in a buggy is brilliant. We did a cooking class which we loved. The beaches are stunning. We’ve been lucky enough to stay at Soneva Jani and Soneva Fushi in the past, and both were superb, but Kiri was ahead of them both for us. The thing which really made the trip for us was Best, our Barefoot Guardian. She planned our itinerary and made everything special. From beginning to end she anticipated our needs almost before we did. She is an absolute credit to Soneva, and it was a delight to have her as part of our holiday. But all the staff were great. I could go on and on about how brilliant this trip was, but I will just say we will remember it for the rest of our lives, and I cannot recommend a trip to Soneva Kiri highly enough.

This is the third Soneva Property I have stayed at and it lives up to the Soneva exceptions. It's about a one hour plane ride from BKK and from the moment we checked into the flight at BKK, we feel like we're treated like royalty. The 8-seater plan lands at Koh Mai Si and our barefoot guardian, Jun, met us at the airport to greet us. Jun took care of us during our week long trip, many times doing things without us making a specific request, but he's doing it to make sure we are having a good time. He made us feel comfortable and right at home. He is definitely the best barefoot guardian we've meet (compared Soneva Giri and Soneva Jani) because he made us feel comfortable, watched out for our kids, and made sure all our needs were met. He knows I love looking at the starry skies and waited for us to finish dinner one night to take us to a special spot to look at the beautiful Thailand skies, I was very touched about this and it made the trip so special. The caretakers at the Den were also very fun and professional and our kids loved them. Polly and Kay Kay were the two that my kids talked about a lot and wanted to spend time with. This also makes my kids asking to return to Soneva Kiri. The rooms and restaurants are all amazing. We will definitely be back.

The luxury but quirkiness appealed to me. the staff were so friendly and kind. The accommodations huge and private with all amenities needed, supplied. The food was amazing in all venues I tried. I can not fault this property or my stay here. The best short break which was desperately needed was fulfilled. Thanks to everyone.

We stay for 4days 3nights to celebrate our anniversary after I book the I did mention to the resort and they give as a upgrade and give us a bottle of champagne a beautiful cake and fruits so sweet make our trip more wonderful. We stayed at a very beautiful beach villa we had a huge pool by ourselves everything in the villa was great we love the the feel the very natural vibe we love it so much. Our personal butler ms Friday name gift she is so nice so helpful so sweet . All the villa will have the own buggy then is very nice experience we love too we can ride our own buggy exploring the resort. The food is nice... Everything is good Can't ask for more Love it

We just spent a week at Soneva Kiri, and we’re so happy we found this hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was amazing. The resort perfectly balances luxury with a sense of connection to nature, making it the most unforgettable place we’ve ever stayed. And to make it even more special they take you by boat to their private and absolutely stunning beach paradise. Our villa was stunning. It was massive, beautifully designed, and completely private, with a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The outdoor bathtub surrounded by lush jungle was a highlight—it felt like an oasis. The food was out of this world. Every meal was a delight, but the breakfast spread was the best we’ve ever had, offering a wide variety of fresh and locally sourced options. We also couldn’t resist visiting the chocolate and ice cream rooms every day—it brought out our inner kids! There was so much to do, but it never felt rushed. We spent our days sailing, snorkeling, and relaxing by the pool. One evening, we watched a movie at Cinema Paradiso, their open-air theater over the lagoon, and another night, we stargazed at the observatory—both were magical moments we’ll cherish forever. The staff made everything even more special. Our butler, Fon, was incredible—so kind and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Fon even arranged for our private movie showing, which was such a memorable experience. We also had a wonderful time with Dmytro, the water activities manager, who was always helpful and had such a positive attitude. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting the Reservation Manager, Dhanushan, the General Manager, Manish, host Spy, all the guys working at the private beach and many other staff members whose warmth and hospitality made our stay exceptional. The entire team genuinely cared about making our experience unforgettable. Soneva Kiri is a perfect escape for couples and families. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just need time to reconnect, this place is pure paradise. We’re already planning when we can return—it’s that incredible!
