Beautiful room , beautiful view from room , private and beautiful beach , they gave us early check-in . Must visit hotel and definitely the private beach .

The room was beautiful and comfortable. Nice swimming pool, have cayak and sub board for free borrow. No breakfast but have kitchen that you can do by youself.

DO NOT STAY HERE: LOUD MUSIC If you want to be able to get a good night’s rest, go elsewhere. On my first night, they played extremely loud music from around 10pm thru 4am. How loud? It made sleep impossible. Tired from the flight from Bangkok, I had to sleep in Sunday just to recover, which prevented me from sightseeing. I complained and the next night they played their music more softly. But two nights later, they were back playing loud music, at times till 5am. A staff member even told me that many guests complain but somehow the bar manager (Hassan?) insists on playing loud music, even though the hotel owner had told him to stop. It’s a weird dynamic where the bar manager has more power over the owner. The same staff member told me the father in a family of four went to the bar and got very close to exchanging blows with the manager. But the loud music somehow is high priority over guests’ comfort and rest. And that the 7 bar patrons (bar capacity is about 10 persons) who are transient and order $3 beers are more important than hotel guests who pay $100+ per night. Stupid ****** are running this place. NO UPKEEP Also, the place seems to be needing updating. Many of the furniture in the dining area are rusting bad. Lounge seating is stained and dirty. The AC often leaks water. One time I awoke up to so much water on the floor it was literally a flood. If your room is on the second floor, the floors creak so bad you always worry about guests below you. NO FOOD, NOT EVEN COFFEE There is no restaurant here. Therefore there is no option for breakfast. They don’t even provide coffee or tea. All you get is bottled water. You may cook your own food in the common kitchen. The nearest restaurants are 2 kilometers away. IRREGULAR, UNPREDICTABLE CLEANING Rooms are not cleaned daily. I was told it would be every 3 days. But staff don’t seem to count days properly. When I approached staff - on Day 4 - to remind them 3 days had passed without cleaning, I was told they’d do it ‘tomorrow’. So in effect this period was 5 days without cleaning. UNSECURED ENTRANCE While they give you the combination to open it, the entrance door is open 24/7 anyway. Anyone can wander in from the street and come to your room. And because there are only 9 or 10 guest rooms in the entire place, anyone can easily find you just by going to each room. STILL WANNA COME? I’m confident if you still come after reading this, you will regret it, unless you’re the partying kind and don’t care much about rest and sleep. All these issues are real and apparent from Day 1. You’ve been warned.

Good hotel beach front n good location

Furnitures a fun fixtures are outdated. I like is next to the beach. There free paddle boards and kayak you can take out.

We arrived to be told we didn’t have a booking. They then found our booking, however showed us to a room different to what I had booked. When questioned, room I had booked was double booked. THERE ARE 2 ROOMS CALLED BEACH FRONT A! (1 room has a very large balcony, the other has a small verandah). I was under the impression I had booked the room with the large verandah. The other “beach front A” was not ready for guests as it needed maintenance, so I was offered a different room. Not what I wanted, so I requested a refund and found alternate accommodation.

Great location! Brilliant staff! Right next to the beach with cosy sea breezes! Recommended to every traveller to Koh Samui!

Première chambre désastreuse wc qui ne fonctionne pas, eau qui fuit du robinet de la salle de bain et pas d’eau dans la douche. Deuxième chambre pleine d’humidité, odeur désagréable et tâches de moisissures sur les plafonds et rideaux. Eau dans la douche qui ne coule pas en continu. On nous a proposé une troisième chambre que nous n’avons même pas voulu visiter car il nous restait qu’une nuit et n’avions pas le temps de débarrasser nos affaires avant midi nous étions partis en excursion à la journée. Pour ce qui est de la propreté, mon mari a essuyé le lavabo pour y enlever ses cheveux, la serviette était noire j’ai cru qu’il avait nettoyé ses chaussures avec ! Le propriétaire vraiment pas aimable ni souriant. Nous avons appris qu’il avait mauvaise réputation sur l’île. Il n’y a pas de réception, pas de restauration même pas une bouteille d’eau, pas de transat bref pas de vie dans ce lieu. Réserver un airbnb c’est mieux. Pour le même prix nous avions un 5* à Phuket avec tous les services et le confort que ce tarif impose.

Don’t go there, filthy, no sun lounges, pool filthy, are around pool filthy, room shabby, dated. No bar outside, could not get a drink, bar inside hotel 30 years old furnishings shabby seating stained and mouldy, carpets filthy. Got there in the morning7.30 was out of there by 10.30 booked another hotel. Saw the video on utube it looked fantastic. Do not book this hotel ruined our holiday.

Booked 5 nights for our wedding anniversary. Flight arrived at 8am, which I had checked with the hotel if they could store our bags ✅. On arrival they were confused if we even had a booking, then found the booking. We left to waste time until 2pm. When we arrived back we were shown a different room. I mentioned this was the incorrect room, it was Beach Front B instead of A. They said that unfortunately the room we booked was not available. We spoke with the “owner” who tried to tell us there are 2 beachfront A’s, (which is not mentioned anywhere on their website or on any booking platforms). I requested a refund, which they directed me back to the booking platform. Photos are great, however nowhere to laze by the pool. A bar area of sorts on the beachfront which is “help yourself” and no one there that knows anything about what is going on. Such a shame.

Today checking out of this property and can’t wait , The hotel has no facilities for any food or drink all day until a bar at the side of the property opens at 7pm , no reception area or staff around all day , it says you get robe and slippers which you don’t and coffee machine etc but they provide no coffee at all so pointless , The worse bit is the hotel is suffering with plumbing issues and if I had checked 2 weeks before I had booked ,a similar review States this , you won’t sleep at all , the pipes whistle and shake all night even the television doesn’t cover the noise it’s awful beyond a joke , on the first day of my 2 night stay I found some management who came in and in broken English showed me how to turn of the water to my sink which should stop noise but it didn’t , I then spoke to someone else who I pleaded with to be moved but the only room they had was above the bar and he said the noise would be louder he also admitted they knew about the plumbing which they would have as review 2 weeks before ,so that was un helpful (not)he did offer me a refund when seeing how unhappy I was but seeing as we checked into hotel at 2pm when I looked for similar properties prices was over double what I paid and the 2 trips booked for pick up where from hotel so the hassle of changing these I had no option to stay , myself and my husband are checking out feeling exhausted with lack of sleep , the only thing I can say is the hotel room was lovely and the sea in touching difference , so if they have hotel facilities like drinks all day even a morning coffee and the plumbing sorted it would be a lovely hotel but at present I don’t know how it can be listed as a hotel
