Location: short walk to lots of bars/restaurants but just out of the way so you cant hear any noise. 30 seconds to the beach but be aware there are those annoying Europeans who leave towels on chairs but hardly use them. The beach is clean here. Take mosquito spray in the evening. I was given an upgrade to the B block - if you book a room in C block you will be closest to the road so may hear noise there. I was about half way between the road and the beach and couldn't hear any road noise at all, but the rooms have thin walls so you will hear other guests if they stay up late talking loudly. Service was very good - room cleaned every day, bottled water etc all topped up daily. Motorbike rental just 250 baht a day, no deposit so book through reception for a much easier and safer booking experience. Very efficient and friendly staff. The room is a good size and yes a little old but totally acceptable for me - i am not particularly fussy if I feel i am getting what i pay for and this hotel felt like excellent value for money, i'm happy i stayed there and would book again. Ask for instructions on the safe as none are provides (press the reset button inside the back of the door, enter your new 4 digit pin followed by #). Get the wifi password from reception as it isn't provided in the room. *IMPORTANT* Some renovation work is going on now (from 20th Dec) - a few rooms being renovated on B block so there could be noise between 9 or 10am to 6pm, check before you book!

Nice hotel to stay. The infinity pool just near the beach. The room so big & have wide balcony.

Отель очень хорошо расположен, в центре всех равлечений, рядом много кафешек. Пляж хороший, глубина для купания (отливы не заметны), на пляже убирают, лежаки от отеля есть.(матрасики на лежаках конечно поменять бы). Номер брали делюкс, в номере чисто, каждый день убирают, меняют постель, полотенца. Территория отеля ухоженная, сотрудники отеля наводят порядок каждое утро.

Очень уютный отель прям на живописном пляже Ламай. Жили в номере на 2 этаже. Есть еще и бунгало. Плюсы: убираются каждый день; очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал; в номере есть все необходимое ( вода, мыльные принадлежности, растворимый кофе); сейф; на пляже бесплатные лежаки и зонтики для постояльцев. Минусы: ремонт старенький, полотенца очень застиранные, хоть и меняют каждый день, телевизор старого образца, кто его смотрит.

Zona céntrica con prácticamente de todo alrededor, si no duermes bien con música no es tu hotel pero si te gusta la fiesta es el tuyo ya que estás rodeado de fiesta por la noche por el lado de la playa y por el lado de la calle central, el hotel se encuentra a pie de playa según la habitación que elijas lo suyo sería la zona del medio. Piscina normalita pero a pie de playa junto al bar del hotel con precios decentes.

Останавливались в бунгало - не советую, постоянно мимо ходят люди, прямо проходной двор, нет приватности. Территория отеля красивая, есть бассейн сами номера стандартные, скромные, очень-очень твердые кровати и не хватает дополнительных подушек, кондиционер сильно дует на кровать. Полотенца для пляжа дают, только если попросишь. Лежаки на пляже очень старые - матрасы потрескавшиеся. Сервис на Самуи сейчас совсем не такой, как был несколько лет назад - сотрудники угрюмые, равнодушние и замученные.

Отличное расположение, чистота, отзывчивый персонал отеля. Рядом множество хороших кафе, недалеко ночной рынок. Очень хорошее соотношение цена-качество.

My wife and I stayed at this resort for 5 days during our stay in Kho Samui. The location of the resort is very good, you are right on Lamai beach and within 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants. The resort is very quiet and the staff are really helpful with the maids cleaning the rooms on a daily basis. The value is great for the room size. The rooms are basic but comfortable and if you rent one of the bungalows you have access to a lovely large balcony. I know that Asia is renowned for their hard beds but the bed we had was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, so if I had any recommendation to the owners change the mattresses on the next refurbishment. Over a good resort which I would recommend.

This little gem of a place is an absolute bargain of a stay. The location couldn’t be better - on the best part of the beach and just outside the main strip, which is a two minute walk away. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are great. There were some small hiccups with remote control batteries and a faulty AC but these were fixed immediately and with no element of hassle. My original plan was to stay a week and then relocate to Chaweng for a further two weeks. Instead I extended here for the full three weeks. I can’t be more complimentary than that!
