Our stay in Taj is memorable experience. Young able staff were always courteous helpful and at times went beyond call of duty to assist. Our only request is for Taj keep improving the food and beverage items. Effort is made to blend indian style into far eastern food culture. To strive for authenticity may be considered as the western cuisine is already far ahead in today's hospitality industry. Only India can catch up and bring far eastern, ,middle eastern and other Asian food culture in par with the western food culture prevalent in modern day hospitality. Taj can be leaders in this enterprise. We wish Taj all best. And a Happy New Year!

Ladies and Gentlemen, We booked a room from May 25th to May 29th, 2024 and on May 26th around 9:30 p.m. we were in the lobby. And the reception staff were very, very unfriendly when we were sitting there, first a staff member came and told me to sit correct and after 5 minutes a *** came and said my husband should take his feet off the table and what was worst came Another employee told us without knowing that we weren't allowed to sit in the lobby. My question is if people are allowed to book a room with you who don't use the lobby so they should just stay in the room, the lobby is only for those who have to wait or something else. never again and wouldn't recommend it. We booked from Germany and were very disappointed

The property is nicely decorated and clean.

The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities.Overall, my stay at Taj City Centre New Town was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata.

Good stay on the beach. Had a wonderful time with my kid there
