Este foi o apart-hotel mais perfeito! Superlimpo, ótima vista para o mar e a melhor qualidade. Você pode encontrar todos os eletrodomésticos que precisa durante sua estadia e muito mais. Fiquei muito impressionado e a equipe e o proprietário são muito gentis. Este será um lugar para ir e ansiosos até o ano que vem porque voltaremos.

Very clean and modern accommodation. Most comfortable mattress ever experienced. Kind and really friendly host, providing you with details and suggestions. Really quiet and cozy. Amenities with an emphasis on detail, I could not find something missing. Free parking space and location near beaches and local market. Reachable to people with disabilities.

Beautiful well equipped prisitine apartments. After I fell ill on the way to the airport from an all inclusive holiday we found ourselves needing to stay another few days in chania wanting somewhere close to the airport we were accommodated at 01:00 into a lovely clean apartment. Very helpful and couldn’t have ask for a better service. Lovely peaceful setting with a beautiful pool within good proximity to shops, restaurants and the airport will definitely return!

Great place, excellent communication with host. Not too far from airport and chania centre. All features in the apartment we stayed were new, smart TV, washing machine etc. supermarket and bars within walking distance also. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything was fantastic, my partner fell ill at Chania airport after a week in an all inclusive resort so we have had to stay in Chania an extra couple of days. We booked heliades residence and the host was fantastic especially as it was 0100. The accommodation is perfect with modern features and a lovely pool area with a view of the sea. I wish we chose to stay here from the beginning!!

The residence is new, well equipped with everything you may need. We were on a family trip so we were searching something not so crowdy, yet near Chania. So the location is ideal if you need calmness but staying as well attached to the beautiful city. Nearby there are some big supermarkets too. The house is spatious, modern, with a nice garden and good sized pool with two levels, a deep and a shallow. My kids were happy to enjoy the shallow and safe part while I was cooking, or later the deepest part when I joined them. All the outdoor part is well designed without any dangerous corners for the kids. Indoors there's anything you may need. You can stay in the hotel and not move anyway, since the kitchen has all the comforts to prepare a complete dinner. It's the second time that I stay there and stay totally satisfied from the cleanliness, the gentle staff and all the facilities provided. I will return and I clearly recommend it.

Brand new accommodation, fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean! I tend to stay all year round for business reasons and I always combine work with holidays! Literally in the middle of everything, food beaches, airport, etc. The host is great at communicating and very friendly!

I stayed in one of these brand new apartments (called Aitheria) on a business trip and what I liked is that they are in a very good location, in 10 minutes I was at the airport where I had to catch my flight. Very clean and fully equipped, I enjoyed a restful stay. I highly recommend it

I loved the experience. Beautiful facilities and a comfy pool right in front of the room. Night swimming with the starlight was so cool. The place is quiet and you can relax. As for the hygiene, the room was very clean as well as the bathroom. I have been twice there and for sure I will go again soon!
