We have long wanted to stay in the Jasna resort apartments, and this year this wish came true for New Year's Eve. Impression - the apartment does not justify its price. It offers a wonderful view from the balcony (beautiful nature), excellent location, but everything is very modest, superficial. We are talking about basic things - only 1 champagne glass, 1 small plate, only one 5l pot, hair dryer is missing - but the attachments are on the shelf, there is no garbage can, the walls need painting, not too clean (extravagant 3D black ceramics but this requires extra care when cleaning), the bathroom smells - probably a siphon. There is no unobstructed view of the lake from the gallery, because the blinds are made in such a way that they cannot be lifted. Considering the festive season, you could go out of your way and put a tablecloth on the table, a welcome drink on arrival. Small attentions mean a lot.The advantage is the fireplace, which is difficult to use if you don't have tools to clean it daily. The 2 sponges for dishes were not new, they were clearly already used, as was the Viledi (app 70m2 for 2 adults and one child cost us €460/night +TT) We also had lunch in the igloo and the food is nothing to rave about. The waiter is very friendly and pleasant, but it goes without saying that he speaks Serbo-Croatian with us. I do not think this is acceptable - it is necessary to educate them, work and insist that the employees learn the Slovenian language. But he wasn't the only one. On the other side, you can talk in English with a Nepali, who makes you smile. These workers are there all day. It was cold in the igloo. Given that it was December 31, there were no festive decorations on the table. It would also be advisable to clean the igloo after the previous guests, because there is a lot of garbage on the floor (toothpick, napkin, wooden spoon, mud) It's a shame because on New Year's Eve the cafe closed at 5 pm, because a bunch of people remained surprised in front of the closed doors until midnight. The employees at the reception are otherwise friendly, they try to help and you can see their embarrassment and that not everything is in their power. Breakfast in pajamas, which is delivered to the apartment at the agreed time, is worth praising. All very tasty. Guests of the apartments have a 10% discount in the restaurant and cafe. Despite all this, we had a nice last few days of the old year, but it is right to say that it is not fair to the guest to sell fog in cellophane at such high prices.
