Avaliações do Agile Residence 5 mins walk to TRX, Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

First impression building is new and still alot of construction on the surround however the vicinity of the place is so close to shopping district i.e. TRX just a short stroll around the block, 15mins walking distance to pavilion. In terms of facilities and amenities, these both were sufficient. There is gym and pool which we didn't get chance to use and a sky garden at the top level which you can get a glimpse of KL tower and twin towers at night. The washing machine was very useful as we had a family of 4. Service and cleanliness is above average, there was some used towels underneath the vanity and it was cleaned immediately the next day after we raised this issue. Housekeeping was done as soon as we requested the following day. Overall, we had a great time and stay at the apartment.

So fast everything is ok. Got staff/colleague to assist check in. Near to trx walk around 5 min.

We had a pleasant stay, the room is clean and neat. I love the washing machine with Wash and Dry function, it provided us a great convenience.

Pros: 5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process Cons: Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes 🤮 TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

nice unit and room with city view. Just 5 min walk to TRX mall and MRT. Room and toilet is very clean. 60th floor night view is definitely an add on credit, enjoy the view with the winds

Unit is almost perfect. The lift and internet wifi signal need improvement. It’s a new building within walking distance to TRX Mall (10mins) and just next to this condo is a well known bakery & pastries LEVAIN. Person-in-charge is attentive and good manner.

the place is sparkling clean! big unit at 49th floor. the view is also stunning. owner is kind and responsive. hope to look into installing hooks for towels and sofa cover to avoid stain. fantastic stay

I truly enjoyed my stay with my family. Love our unit, which is clean and comfortable with good facilities. There is also a really fantastic view of KL city from the unit. Highly recommended to others.

It was a pleasure staying at this new residence with its strategic location near TRX. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, especially when I needed assistance with the check-in and check-out process due to some confusion with the house system. The house itself was very clean, beautifully decorated, and kid-friendly, with no sharp edges. The view was fantastic, with KLCC, KL Tower, and Pavilion all nearby. I was also thrilled to find that my favorite restaurant, Levain, is right next door. I’m very happy to have discovered this place and will definitely return. My family will also choose this residence whenever they visit KL

Good place that can view the city Good that able walk to the famous spot

It was hard to locate the entrance but the landmark was quite prominent making it easy to spot. The apartment agent was also very efficient in assisting us to get into the building. The stay was good so far except there’s no balcony to hang clothes.

The agent in charge of the unit is excellent and very responsive. The building is still under construction and is very noisy during the day. You can hear traffic from the highways below. But, the location is great. The parking is complicated and it’s complicated to find the right entrance. However, it is worth the stay for the price and for the location.

The room was extremely clean and comfy. The owner was polite, helpfull and kind. The location very strategic in Bukit Bintang so you can reach Pavilion Mal, Fahrenheit and Suria Mal KLLC only by walk. Surely will comeback to this room when i visit KL again.

Is a good experience in the residence 👍🏻 walk to TRX Shopping Mall is very near…just few minutes 👍🏻
