While I am unable to do much of anything but apologize for this experience and do our best to correct the issue before our next guest stays in the room, I appreciate you calling it to our attention. This is not up to our standards and, had we known about it sooner, we could have made different accommodations or corrected the issue at that time. Had you notified our desk staff while you were checking out, our staff would have made note and likely would have contacted management for a solution that worked for us all .
