localização horrível. tão isolado e não há nada por perto a uma curta distância. na verdade é um prédio de apartamentos transformado em hotel. até tenho que pegar um táxi para o shopping mais próximo (midvalley), pois não havia rotas de caminhada adequadas, pois é cheio de rodovias. extremamente inconveniente não há porta de banheiro para o chuveiro separando a área molhada e seca. quando você toma banho, a água espirra por todo o chão do banheiro ao redor da pia. embora já mencionado na lista, não é ótimo, pois não há produtos de higiene fornecidos. sem iluminação no banheiro???? é ridiculamente escuro o quarto é mais limpo, mas muito pequeno. o travesseiro é duro como ****, basicamente dormindo em uma pedra grande. o café da manhã é o mais decepcionante, abre seriamente às 6h30 e a equipe que cuida da estação de ovos chega às 7?? é assim que os hotéis devem funcionar?? falta de variedade, nem mesmo tem padrões como batatas, bacon etc. por favor, o hotel melhore. faça algo a respeito. o buffet nem era barato, se não me engano, é como MYR26?? esqueci de tirar fotos, mas pelo menos a vista do terraço e a piscina infinita eram legais não recomendo e nunca mais voltarei.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location itself is in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. Albeit the hotel itself is busy. This is one of the downsides is around the delay for checking in. The pool is good with a nice view from the top and we'll equipped gym. Breakfast is good, not a massive range but the price is potentially worth it. The shower screen is quite small, so easy to get the bathroom wet and the pillows aren't great. Thatbeingsaid I did have a good sleep and would potentially stay in the hotel again on my next trip.

I never encounter such a bad sleeping experience in a hotel whereby the pillow is too thick and hard until you can’t have good sleep on it. It makes your neck very not comfortable while sleep on it. The room is small and empty, nothing provided in the room except towels. You need to take the filter water from the corridor. I waited more than 30 minutes just to check in (just 2 customers in front of me) . The reception speed is super slow despite they open 3 counters/lanes. They charge additional parking rate at RM6 per entry. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
