The room is big and clean, provide netflix and youtube, swimming pool with skyline view, bed is comfortable. This is the second time I choose The stay hub agency because their service is fantastic. And I manage to get back my deposit on the day we checked out.

Place is big, but it's kinda old, and old amenities. Only a couple of choices to eat, although accessible to 2 convenient stores. Restos are quite expensive. Good wifi. It's ok. If I will be back maybe in a different unit. The attendants are nice and friendly. Near malls

Excellent place with a friendly staff. The place is clean and spacious. You will be amazed by the overlooking twin tower.

As a woman solo traveler, i make sure that the place that i will book is safe and comfortable. However, I am not sure if this place is safe and comfortable, they cancelled my booking 5 hours before my check-in. Imagine yourself on the plane and you never open you email and you arrive at the place and found out that you have no room. Be mindful when booking here they will cancel it on the day you arrive.

Good location, near mall. Big room with dining hall n toilet and cooking kitchen

This was an interesting place to stay, quite far away from the centre of KL and not the nicest area to be walking around as young females. The room wasn’t very clean and the aircon didn’t work.

Everything is ok except for the lift.

The apartment has a great view and has enough space in each room as mentioned in the booking you feel like staying at home. But the only issue with this apartment is the lift service in the peak hour you have to wait at least 30 minutes if management looks into this and fix it means one of the best places to stay in KL

On website, told us to call one day early before check in, and i follow the instruction but no one pickup until the day for check in. Wait for like half an hour at lobby to get the key. The toilet is full of coakcroaches and others bugs.

The place is cozy and homey. We like the pool area which is overlooking to the city’s skyscrapers. The area is spacious and the water pressure is so good, you won’t mind taking a bath for so long..

Thumbs up for the rapid response for the customer service. BTW so sorry to tell I will not visit again, we couldn't really rest well during the stay it's because the soundproof is so terrible. The apartment looks like having aging but the cleanliness is still okay.

Basically 1.location is **** the highway is next to the hotel.if you want to walk to somewhere ,imposible.You have to take grab for everything .And the closet Mrt station is 10min walk. 2.room.this is the most **** part .It’s so fucking dirty.Everything is so old and cover with dust.And the bathroom even have cockroaches with a very dark light environment.Overall I just run away from that **** hotel. 3. The counter show up and visible for thousand time and with a shitty attitude .I don’t know why is hotel just can’t have a full time counter. Whenever I ask Sth they just put a **** face and don’t want to serve any customers.And I talking about the counter 4 lady .I think she is the most awful lady . Overall I live at Block B regalia . Don’t go there plz. Thank you

The lift service is so Bad . It takes usually 30 minutes to go Up or down because of the rush.. they only have two lifts for whole building
