Good location but nearby pub made a lot of noise from late night till early morning. Front counter service not helpful, they may let you keep waiting whilst she talk nonsense with others. Minibar provided kettle but not socket plug. Other area in my room have socket plusg but don't work.

Needless to mention the location of hotel. It is super convenient for just a few step on foot, there are all kind of shop surrounded. Yes its location is the kill for never miss out to book again on my next holiday trip

Very Nice hotel to stay with strategic location for chinese food. Varieties of choice. Location in the middle of KL. Walking distance to Petaling Street n Chinatown.

I always book here for my trips to Malaysia, but this time there was no room service to clean my room, and the blanket was very dirty, with lipstick stains on it. However, the location was good.

Convenient location in Chinatown, next to Petaling Street and 2 Metro stations within 5-10mins walk; many good restaurants and cafe choices nearby; excellent reception staff especially Ms Sharima. The Wifi in my room near to 12-floor lift lobby wasn’t great - weak and tend to drop off suddenly. Overall, the stay was pretty comfortable and good value for the price category.

Repeated stay here, is good and excellent. Had requested for the same room, although it is not available but still ok to stay another room.

Location very nice near all restaurants. Lacking of toothbrush and mineral water but counter will provide back. Counter people is very nice, recommend

So dissapointed with parking rcharge RM5 Per Entry eventho after claimed hotel voucher which isn’t reasonable for a hotel guest.. plus on my last day of staycation i was completely shocked when receive a direct call from conceirge / frontdesk at 6:30am asking teling me that they a person from my room ask for WiFi password which is so insane…. Its feel so weird and scary too. Automatically spoiled!
