Good service by hotel . Good breakfast all delicious. I love the room very clean and the aircon. My family happy to stay at the hotel. Next will be repeat visits again.

Location no good. Very far from all good areas. No restaurant and charming areas near hotel. Breakfast only limited items. Only few counted boil eggs. MTR very far. Hotel mentioned very near but it's too far.

Walking distance to pavilion and Bukit bintang area. Easy access using public transport like monorail from KL Sentral to imbi station.

booked this place again within a month cause of it’s location. walking distance to berjaya times square mall, and lots of other malls in the vicinity staff was kind to bump me up to a bigger room- appreciate it! also ate at the early bird cafe in the hotel. found the food prices to be quite reasonable. would book again if i return to the area 👍👍👍

I have been choosing this hotel since a few years back. Because of it's location, near to grocery stores and restaurants. I will always keep choosing this hotel if I need to go to KL again..👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice and cozy place to stay, will definitely repeat to stay here again but this place always fully rented since it provide a good facility so book fast if you like.

First time with the property. I would say it’s value for money with good breakfast. Highly recommended for short trips. The location is perfect as it is 5 mins walk to Imbi Monorail Station (in front of Berjaya Times Square) and Hang Tuah LRT Station (next to Lalaport) It is near many shops, convenience stores, malls, and restaurants. It is easy to walk to many places. The hotel reception is 24 hours. The room is adequate in size, the AC and Hot Shower are in perfect condition. They also have a cafe in the hotel. Near BUKIT bintang, pudu, grocery store, fast food and restaurant. Walkable distance to Berjaya Times Square

Excellent hotel for family stay. We took family junior room. Our room is clean and hygienic.

Comfortable and very nice room but the breakfast buffer has very limited options. The hotel location is quite far from the train station if by foot. Overall good value for money.

I was assigned in room 301 which is situated facing the road 3 floors up. If you're sensitive to noise, it might not be the best room for you but considering I don't really mind much plus with KL being a busy city as is, it was fine for me. It was near malls by foot which was very convenient for me since I had a concert to go to at Mega Star Arena. Didn't have issues with the room or hotel but I do have to point out the aircon in the room was kind of weird in the sense even if I didn't set it to auto, the temperature would increase and decrease by itself anyway; I'd be freezing one moment & sweating the next. Overall it was a great stay there! I'd come back again in the future if the opportunity rises.

Their staff was good approachable then , the room it’s good but the smell I don’t want it ,,or maybe there culture that’s why the smell for me it’s not really good

I like this hotel…. Clean and near berjaya time square shopping mall

love it. I always book here the aircon is super powerful but wall abit thin so can hear the doors nearby. good walking distance to the shopping malls
