The location is great, despite being right in the city it is very Serene and quiet. The amenities however is not at par with the price paid. There is no smart TV, the balcony light is out and there isn't even a table and chair out in the balcony. Think the room was not occupied for a long time hence a weird smell when I first got into the room. Other than that, everything was OK. Breakfast at the cafes were ok.

Good service apartment in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Location wise quite secluded and definitely a good place to relax

E&O Residences is a great service apartment, it has a great location where the nearest shopping mall is only a 10 minute walk . On one of the nights I saw a huge cockroach in one of the bathroom floors, to add on to that some parts of the floor were on the verge of being broken.

The location and the service are perfect. Just few minutes to the mall or the mrt. The facilities are old but it's fine. But the room need more light, it's dark affrer the sun goes down.

Great place , great team , only 1 things i am traveling to Langkawi , i wanted to put one small luggage in storage they refused, and the says i must have reservations when i am coming back then i can put it even i made booking for 8 nights, this issue make me feel very bad

Good location. Quite and near to Pavillion,KLCC,KL tower.

My recent stay at E&O Residences Kuala Lumpur offered both highs and lows. The spacious room provided excellent value, and its central location afforded stunning city views. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by outdated amenities, including a poorly functioning air conditioner and a smelly toilet. Additionally, the presence of stains across the window blind further detracted from the overall cleanliness and appeal of the space. Despite these issues, the residence’s strategic location and spacious accommodations might still appeal to some.

Nice and clean hotel around service and mart. . Swimming pool is amazing and beautiful and views

Quite a decent place to stay . Simple and nice with big room but around this area nothing much need to travel out.

Will repeat the stay...one the best stay... have dryer and washer as well... the room service also reliable... walking distance to food stalls... parking is convenient.. top notch security services...very safe environment...

Good location, outside monorail Raja Chulan.. The room is big . All kinds of delicious food around it. . Furthermore, got convenience stores

Requested 2 rooms on same floor , but ended up at different floors , they wrongly clamped one of our vehicle even parked on correct lot . Room service order was sent to a different room , beside that room is spacious and location is practical. Need improvement.
