The water is not hot. It was hella cold. We had to shower in cold water. We tried to call the receptionists and no one answered. We checked in late since our flight. If you check in late/ shower late at night, don’t stay at this hotel. No hot water available at night.

Checking in was done smoothly and when I got into my room, I found out that the TV remote wasn’t working. After 2-3 phone calls to the front desk and an hour later, they only managed to get the maintenance guy to come and replace the TV remote. Not a good start for my stay. The hotel looks clean and well maintained. The room was kept well although I had a little issue with the sliding door of the toilet. The toilet/bathroom area in my opinion is really meant to be kept opened up as if you pull the sliding door/partition out, going in and out became a big hassle. Water from the shower also easily splashed out to the toilet area. The sound proofing of the room is bad. Through the night, the traffic noise was clearly heard and I guess that is why they provided ear plugs in the room. I could also clearly hear the noise when other guests were opening and closing their doors, and when they talked and laughed at the corridor. Definitely a turn off for light sleepers who don’t like to wear ear plugs when sleeping!

Overall this stay was so satisfying. The room was so nice, a bit small but comfortable. I got a klc view which is soo good, nice and i really like it. Will definitely repeat.

Good location and room, but Breakfast is not good for me. We can use near bus stop as GoKL03 and Chow kit station. Food is not really amazing, the best choice is going to restarts nearby. Staff is kind!! I recommend my friend as Business Hotel.

The hotel is very clean. I like the design of the room. The only disadvantage is there is no swimming pool.

The location was very central for me and I enjoyed the services they provided.

Nice hidden gem near chow kit. Dunno how new it is but.. well maintained place... Very cosy feeling Great selection of breakfast ... Always top up fast... Good selection of tea Ohhh evening ... That's an eatery about 100 meters away...

Hotel is located 5 mins walk from Chow Kit train station, just 4 stops away from the popular shopping district - Bukit Bintang. Hotel design and interior is relatively new. Next to hotel, has an open area eating area with 20-30 stalls, open from night till late.

Hard to get parking & need parking fees with staying in they hotel😅
