Best stay ever in KL! Have everything you need! If you’re driving, make sure to verify the plate number before you exit. Recommend to get Twin Towers view to truly enjoy the experience!

Reception staff (Hanis) was friendly and helpful. Location is great - within walking distance to KLCC/KLCC Park/Suria KLCC mall. However room cleanliness could be further improved - there were tiny bits of sand (dust?) on the floor, and hair pieces on the table (near tv area) and bathroom. Bedsheet and pillow case was torn too - though this does not affect the comfort level, it does affect the visual aesthetic. We still had a good night’s sleep though :)

I would definitely stay here again in the future. The staff are very helpful and welcome you warmly. They are very friendly. You just need to whatsapp them. Parking is free even though you have already checked out You can park and go for a stroll around klcc. The only thing that I'm.not satisfied is the room decoration. Requested the room to be decorated since its anniversary and birthday falls on the same day. City view from the room is not what you are looking for. The view is blocked by all the buildings ard making it feel confined.

Im really discovering Shangrila. Variety of breakfast. I request for my friends birthday deco but it very last minute so they give a box of handcraft chocolate, a rose, and wish card. My package also included 2 tickets of kl hop on and hop off. Got bluetooth speaker in room also! I really enjoy the trip and staycation this time. All staff very polite and helpful. Conveniently located in klcc area, a hotel buggy can take you to Suria klcc. Walkable also, within 10 mins walk Located next to a convention center, so quite a lot of business-type people staying at this hotel Sadly when we reached the hotel at 6pm, the room was still not ready. Got a WhatsApp around 7pm that the room was ready

Smooth check in. We got upgraded to the room with twin tower room which was very lovely. Unbeatable location as it opens right onto the KLCC park. Buggy ride available to Syria KLCC. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful but had a little hiccup with the air cond and room door

We are attending the Reka Conference 2024 and didn't know that it was just next to it. So convenience! Lunch break I could go back and had a make up touch up! Breakfast was super! One of the best hotel breakfast i had. MRT station was walking distance for those who can walk about 10 - 15 minutes. They upgrade my room to garden view and the twin tower is so beautiful.

Was very convenient to KLCC (just next door) as well as a stone’s throw away from the Suria KLCC. Hotel also provided free buggy transport to & fro the shopping mall too!
