Good experience, helpful & friendly staff, neat & clean room, best for family long & short vacation.

Not cooperative rooms were not cleaned no current whole night so only fan was working no ac next day i extended my stay until 5pm then they started demanding full amount wherein no current so ac was not working i said i will pay non ac charges but started arguing i have spine problem and lift was not working because no electricity i requested at reception that i need some one to help with my luggage as i can’t carry heavy baggage from 2nd floor to ground thru stairs due to my health condition but they were very rude and said we don’t have anyone and we don’t provide help with baggage this is the way they have treated guests my worst experience and i have never had such worst experience where hotel even never have anyone for help with luggage. I want to demand refund. At-least half amount. I couldn’t take images as i had gone for work purpose and was help up

I'm booked from Make my trip app. Stay is mind blowing. Location is behind Kudal S. T. Stand so, i don't want to search & from Highway with in 7 mins distance. Amenities are good. If i want say Service so, I have only 1 line " They are guest care like Family Member". Some times i forgot I'm staying hotel. I feel like I'm at home. In this Hotel Staff is very politely, caring, very soft spoken. I don't have word to say. If next time visit in Kudal so, I'll stay in this hotel. I must say everybody's in whole life at least 1 time visit in this Hotel. Thank you Hotel for taking me wonderful experience. 🙏💐

Room not clean and not hygrine. Mosquito in room. It was sleepless night when i stay in this hotel.

Property location was very near to kudal bus stand which is a biggest usp of this priperty. Facilities provided were nice, food was average and can be improved, overall we had a nice experience. Tanks
