Hotel limpo e confortável. Fica a cerca de 10 a 15 minutos a pé da estação de bonde. Os quartos são arrumados e é ótimo que cada andar tenha um bebedouro para reabastecer garrafas. No geral, uma estadia agradável.

Um pequeno e agradável hotel com vista para o rio. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e nos deram um mapa com os pontos de interesse locais.

Era bastante acessível e conveniente.

Nada a reclamar — tudo foi perfeito! Ideal para casais: café da manhã na recepção, roupas de viagem disponíveis, serviço de limpeza impecável, chá oferecido e guarda-volumes na recepção. Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos, sempre sorridentes e prestativos. Por fim, a localização é excelente: todos os pontos turísticos e a rodoviária ficam a uma curta caminhada, e o hotel está localizado bem em frente ao rio. Para os entusiastas da corrida, o local é perfeito para algumas corridas agradáveis!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though we have to take the tram from Kumamoto station and alight a few stops away, it is within walking distance to many shopping malls and restaurants and also near Sunroad Shinshigai and the Kumamoto Castle etc. Hotel allowed us to deposit our luggages upon arrival before check-in time. There is a coffee machine at hotel lobby which we could help ourselves to. Coin laundry and dryer room, ice machine and microwave was also conveniently located and available for use in hotel. There is cold water dispenser on every floor if I didn’t remember wrongly, which is useful as hotel doesn’t provide bottled water. The triple room we stayed in was pretty huge for Japan hotel standard. We had 3 big luggages and we could open them widely. TV is huge and we could cast videos from YouTube to watch. Room was overlooking the river. Overall a pleasant experience. Hope to be back soon!

Convenience location which able to walk to Kumamoto Castle, Shopping Street. If park car at hotel car park and do not move out, a day, extra charges imposed beside the daily ¥1,200 parking fees. So, location can walk, don't walk, drive out 😅

The hotel location is great convenient to travel around and the tram stop just 6 min walk. Room size is good for triple sharing . Bed is comfortable. Room is clean and Comfy .

A very good chain hotel. I have been to this chain hotel for many time. Close to public transportation and shopping center

Very convenient and close to the main shopping area. Can even walk to the castle if needed but probably easier if driving as the castle grounds is already big and lots of stairs. Hotel has parking but cannot move the car once parked as it is first come first serve. Amenities and coffee is downstairs, minimal things are in the room. Quite environmentally conscious

We had a pleasant stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Kumamoto Riverside. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Kumamoto Castle, shopping streets, and local restaurants. The riverside setting also provided a nice atmosphere, especially in the evening. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room space was a bit limited for travelers with larger luggage. However, everything was well-maintained and functional, so it did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, HOTEL MYSTAYS Kumamoto Riverside offers great value, a convenient location, and reliable service. We would happily stay here again when visiting Kumamoto.

Clean and room is big

Accidentally booked smoking instead of non smoking so had to put up with the smell for a couple of days, but that is all on me and not the hotel. Location is good and staff is friendly. Good value.

Very nice and cute city here, hotel room is clean and very quiet place and suitable for your stay. Connected to many places 8n walking distances.
