Hotel was good. But receptionist of evening shift was rude. He gave me wrong room in which ac was not working. Even after raising complaint he insisted me for staying in that room. Finally he changed it. I found the receptionist full of attitude. Another problem was, he didn't gave me the room key. Every-time i had to call hotel staff for opening the gate. In evening i complained to the receptionist about the same, he gave me wrong key which was not working and then again i had to call staff member for opening door with master key. How can someone be so rude and arrogant. Visitors are not supposed to call staff member every-time for opening the door. It was like if you are out of room, you have to call someone to open the door. Otherwise hotel was good, near and clean, location is good
