Nós quatro ficamos em um quarto deluxe em estilo japonês vantagem: Excelente localização, próximo à estação de metrô O quarto é espaçoso Toalhas novas todos os dias Uma garrafa de água por pessoa por dia deficiência: O banheiro cheira mal O banheiro não é muito limpo Quando o sol nasce pela manhã, o ar condicionado não é suficiente e faz muito calor.

Já se passaram quatro anos desde que fiquei aqui novamente e ainda é uma boa crítica. A localização do hotel é perfeita, tranquila no meio da agitação O estado de saúde também é bom em Neon Country O lindo sorriso na recepção é muito curativo

É muito ruim. Não sei se o hotel é muito antigo. Há um som constante de batidas. Deve ser da água acima ou ao lado. Fui acordado várias vezes à noite! Intimidar os chineses, dando-lhes quartos perto da janela e de frente para a rua! A higiene também é muito pobre, a casa de banho cheira mal e há cabelo na sanita!

Porque o Okura Hotel estava cheio e a viagem estava atrasada, reservei este hotel! No primeiro dia em que fiz o check-in, conheci um funcionário indiano no escritório frontal com uma atitude extremamente má! O amigo local que me acompanhou na transferência do imóvel ficou muito zangado e pediu desculpas, mas o homem fugiu! A higiene é muito pobre, a sala é limpa uma vez a cada três dias! Experiência muito ruim!

There’s a convenience store right below the hotel. Walking distance to the shopping district so it’s very convenient.

On Cold Airconditioning on 10 degrees celsius, switch to heater on 23 degrees celsius. Ridiculous. Fan was given but was very dusty, the hair dryer was dusty as well. Tried to upgrade another room under a different booking but gave us a cost more 20% expensive than booking another new room online. Location was so so as the nearest train station is about 15mins walk with 3 traffic lights to cross. Food availability - There are plenty food around English Speaking Staff - only the "manager" speaks english and understands you fine otherwise it would be wise to have a translation app ready.

Right now it is very noisy place to stay: the construction plot with the ongoing construction process is right in front of the hotel (at least in front of the part where my room was located).

This is a conveniently located hotel in Gion. Rooms are very small and noise isolation could be better. Unfortunately there was no place to store a bicycle overnight. Otherwise it is a good choice. I would stay there again

Nice hotel very well located. The room is very small but same as most Japanese hotels. The light of the AC is too bright. Hard to get some sleep. Room is not too clean, not dirty, but we found some hair on towels. The staff is very kind and helpful and they give you ice cream for free. Nice gesture after a very hot day!

Easy check-in and spacious room. The entrance is hidden in a side street. There offer omplimentary bottled water and universal travel adapters were available at reception. Conveniently located above a SevenEleven as well as close to a Subway Station, Nishiki Market and a big road full of shops.

Very convienantly located with many shops around the hotel. The taxi stand and bus-stops are also right outside the hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful assisting me to find a clinic that is open on a saturaday afternoon cause my daughter injured her eye cornear. Didn't get to note down the young lady's name who assisted me but would like to thank her for extending her help to us. Tioletry amenities and bathrobe were provided at the lobby. Overall a nice stay at the hotel and will consider this hotel in my next trip back.
