Henn na Hotel Premier In front of Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit

The hotel staff was supportive and nice (because we need some help with our booking only - otherwise no interaction needed if you dont want to). The room was clean, amenities were great. We like the decor as well. Checkin and out were easy. We had some trouble navigating from the station the first time haha, but other than that the location was good.

Great location, just a short walk from Kyoto Station and very convenient for getting around. The hotel is clean, modern, and the room is big. We appreciated the free water and complimentary luggage storage, which made our trip much easier. There’s a Luminous bus stop nearby, and plenty of shops within walking distance including 7-Eleven, Lawson, Don Quijote, and AEON. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute dinosaur receptionist! Convenient check in and check out and the location is excellent- just opposite the train station and big shopping mall just 5 minutes walking distance

Great hotel with lovely dinosaur theme. Very close to station!

Raptor receptionists were awesome. Location is very very handy. Didnt get to the bar though. I loved this hotel in Kyoto, larger room than Tokyo for 3 single travellers was very handy. I would stay here again

Love the location.. The hotel was amazing, comfortable bed with complete amenities. They even have a microwave and drink machine for water and also vending machine. The hotel provide a smart pack to compress ur clothes for packing. 300 yen for 3 minutes which i think its very convinient. Last but not least, it is just next to avanti and bus terminal from kansai airport. Highly Recommended 😀

Vert good, very near to station, what a cute dinosour receptionist

This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient stay in Kyoto. It is located very close to Kyoto Station, making it easy to travel around the city. There is a 7-Eleven just a 1-minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us. We could also see the Shinkansen passing by every day, which was exciting, especially for the kids. For Muslim travelers, this hotel is a great choice as there are several halal food options nearby. A halal ramen restaurant is only about a 7-minute walk away. With easy access to transportation, convenience stores, and halal food, we had a very comfortable stay here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great location, convenient, and Muslim-friendly.

Washing products ran out and was not checked to refill. So was the humidifier to refill the water. Location was good, short distance from train station.
