Great place for a family, far from busy cities, spend here a week in a beautiful 1 bedroom villa. Staff was very helpful and entertaining was great. Just another great time in canary style. Loads of facilities for adults and kids, from kids club to bike rental, minimarket and arcades. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Pierre and Vacances Origo Mare Village in Fuerteventura and were worried after reading some of the reviews, however we had a mostly positive experience, especially for a family holiday. **Pros:** The main hotel area impressed us with its modern design and cleanliness, making a great first impression. The real highlight, however, was how well this place caters to families, particularly with its fantastic water park. Our kids (boys 10 and 8) were in heaven with the slides, wave machine, and even a climbing wall, all of which kept them entertained for hours on end. The top area of the water park with the big comfy beds is a brilliant touch. We made sure to queue up early and snag one—they're perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. For adults looking for a bit of quiet time, the adults-only pool was an absolute dream. It was an ideal space to unwind with a book away from the lively family areas. The staff across the resort were another big plus. From the reception team to the waiters, everyone was friendly and always wore a smile. We had a few minor issues in our room (a stuck door, not enough hangers or pillows), but these were swiftly resolved by the reception team without any hassle. The kids club deserves a special mention. Our two sons adored it, and the staff there were fantastic—full of energy, always cheerful, and genuinely great with the children. Even us adults got into the spirit of things, joining in the dances at the kids' disco and the aqua gym sessions. Mario and Maaria were particular favorites, but the whole team was a delight. Evening entertainment was another highlight, especially the two shows put on by the kids club team—the Disney show and the variety show were both hits with our family. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and more than adequate for our family of four. At the poolside we also appreciated the little touches like ice cream, nuts, crisps, and sandwiches being available at the pool bar throughout the day, as well as the inclusive drinks, which were a nice perk. We also got the free bus to the beach which is a must. The beach was gorgeous and the water was clear. There’s a little shop and some cafes there whilst made our trip more enjoyable. The mini golf was great and only €5 for the whole family and there were options to rent bike, scooters and carts for the hour. **Cons:** There were a couple of minor downsides, though whilst these didn’t ruin our holiday at all they would have made it that little bit better: Our room (563) was quite a distance from the main complex. The 7-minute walk doesn’t sound too bad, but doing it multiple times a day became a bit of a chore. The gym which we used daily needed a bit of special attention. Some of the equipment was outdated and in need of repair, which was disappointing. The food was another area where we felt there was room for improvement. It was acceptable, but nothing special. Spent a week here with my children 9th-16th of August . Our 5th time to the Island , first time to this resort. Positives Hotel is spotless, pools are great life guards are very good Entertainment staff are brilliant, I have never seen a place with so many Apartments a nice reception will take you to your apartment in a golf buggy pool doesn’t open till 10am so no rush for a sun bed but people do queue for 9am , we went down as it opened and got beds no problem. Negatives This hotel is in the middle of nowhere , the nearest resort is 25 mins drive away , 30euros ish in a taxi for 4 people each way . The hotel do put on a bus but it’s twice a day and you have to book the day before often was full and we couldn’t get on it . 10.30 departure-3.30pm pick up 11.30 departure 5.30pick up if my memory is correct. the sofa bed is very noises my boys slept on it and I heard them moving all night , pillows aren’t great housekeeper only comes every 4 days which is fine but your towels are only changed every 4 days if you want them changed before this their is a charge. The night time entertainment area isn’t suitable, very uncomfortable no where near enough seats. not disabled friendly either sofa drinks are non branded snack bar is non existent you get crisps , nuts , pots of ice cream and if you ask a sandwich everything else you have to go into the dinning hall at lunch for. The paths around the apartment are all broken and aren’t great if you have walking difficulties or wheelchair/ pushchair Overall , We had a lovely holiday the slides and pools at cater park were great and kept the kids entertained, The location is a huge let down for us , we like a stroll around town in a evening or on the beach and you cannot do that here. If you hire a car and probably went self catering as the facilities in the apartment are great for SC. it’s an ideal base. Also if you take part in the entertainment and kids clubs you would love it too. I would return but only for 5 nights unless I hired a car. Also a major thing to be mindful of is they take 200 euro deposit per apartment for us that was 400 euros , It has to be on card too. Mind was refunded the day after we got home .

Honestly a brilliant family break! We stayed with our daughters 9&11 and they loved it. The water park and pool were brilliant. We went all inclusive when we got there, there’s lots of choice and options however food was ok. We went into correlejo which was 30€ each way for some food at night so I’d recommend renting a car! As it’s in the middle of nowhere, staff are brilliant and really helpful too . I would defo recommend and will defo be back again.

Please ignore the really negative reviews, yes it is far out but we were aware of that and decided to hire a car for week, but there is bus from resort to Corralejo and the beautiful nearby beaches, self catering in the superior one bed itself was basic, but had pretty much we needed, found it odd no microwave though, also beware for getting ready folks, there is only one mirror albeit a huge one and its in bathroom, so if there a few people to get ready could take a while!!, food as we went self catering can't really comment on, we did eat in the buffet restaurant once and it was ok, though wine was foul, entertainment was good, queue's for bar but par for course in family resorts, yes the shop on site is expensive but only in the way they are at Haven, Butlins etc here, we were only a couple of minutes walk from the pools and main complex on the "seafront" so was nice view, all in all we enjoyed it but think it is better for families with younger children, we took teenagers but they did say they liked it, have I been to better places yes, but the staff were lovely, the sun shone, we had a base and made memories,

I don’t often write reviews after a holiday but, having read some of the reviews prior to our family holiday, thought I would! We have just returned from a 10 night holiday and I feel that the negative reviews are somewhat unjust. We travelled as a family of four, with a 16 & 14 year old. All I can say is, if you do your research beforehand, which we do every time we go away, you will know that this resort is isolated. The nearest village is a 5/6 min drive away and the nearest supermarket 10 mins away by car with Coralejo a 16 min drive away. We hired a car for the whole 10 days from the airport and did not find the remoteness a problem at all. If you read the hotel location information, it tells you how remote it is so you can’t then complain, like lots of people have, that it’s far from everything. Anyway, on to the resort itself, yes it does need some attention to the pathways but this does not take away from the fact that the resort is good with ample space and swimming pools and sun loungers. The pool doesn’t open until 10am so no early queues for sun loungers which was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the entertainment staff work very hard. Not much for our 16 & 14 year olds in way of entertainment but we always take a pack of playing cards and enjoy our evenings anyway. The sports bar was good, showing Wimbledon, Euros and other sports. The buffet was as you would expect and we always found a different selection of food - no is isn’t gormet by any standards but what buffet is in a big hotel! Our apartment was ok too, we especially liked the outdoor area with two sun beds, it felt private when we needed to get away from the hustle. The room was cleaned and towels replaced every 4 days - this was fine for us - who needs a fresh towel every single day - I bet those who have complained about that don’t have a fresh towel every day at home - just hang it up to dry! In all, we enjoyed our holiday, especially for the cost and I feel that the negative reviews are not fair - just do your research and if a remote hotel is what you are after, this is perfect! There are daily buses into Coralejo if you do t have the budget to hire a car but if you can, it’s definitely the way to go. Plus you can park right outside your apartment.

My family and I stayed for 14 nights, self catering. There are plenty of good things to write about. The staff are really lovely and helpful. We stayed in a Superior villa which has a dish washer and washing machine which makes life easier during your stay. The resort is massive and our villa was 600 meters away from the pools, shops and bars. It can be cold at night due to wind so take a jacket. The pathways need some work, they are uneven and broken up. The water park is small but fun, especially for kids. The adult only pool is quiet and relaxing, however all pools are salt water and cold. There is one supermarket on site which is really expensive!! The restaurant on site is also expensive but the food is nice. You can upgrade to all inclusive which is €45 per day per person but the resort only allows a 4 days all inclusive upgrade. I can't talk from personal experience but other guests say the all inclusive food is average. The resort is in no man's land, which means you have to hire a car or use the resorts free bus. The taxi fare is at least €60 return. The free bus runs twice a day, 10:30am pick up and return is 3:30pm . Pick up 11:30am and return is 5:30pm. There is no evening bus, which means you are stuck in the resort unless you pay for taxi's. The entertainment is a little flat and boring but the younger kids love the kids disco, older kids seem bored. When we checked into the resort, we had to give them bank card details for a €200 deposit but they only take the money if there are any damages to your villa. The sea is some distance from the resort and there is no direct path down to the sea and it's very rocky and hard to walk there (not recommended unless you wear hiking boots) we took the free bus and went to the beach in Corralejo which is lovely. I personally would not stay here again but only because how far away the resort is from everything else. Over all it was pleasant enough
