My experience was extremely horrible. Waiting 1 1/2 hours until 4:00 check-in.
I booked the room ahead of time in trip.com The first room was located at the far end of the facility, unacceptable during non busy times and days.
I asked for a room in the main building so not to have to exit the building for access to the room.
The manager asked for a $30 per day upcharge that was no problem. I went to the room through terrible smelly corridors and when in the room - just as smelly, the bed headboard was damaged and the bathtub was dirty and chipped (see photos). I was very surprised since this was a $230. Per night room. I went back to the lobby to change rooms again and the second room was just as smelly and dirty as the last.
Needless to say I checked out without staying.
The staff was very indifferent and really were not surprised nor overly apologetic.
My wife and I booked a room at the Hilton and were very pleased.
I see a $157 charge on my credit card which I will be disputing.
The Wyndham hotels are generally a high quality stay however, this hotel clearly is mismanaged.

I hope this experience description will reach the proper management so corrections can be made and personnel can be properly trained.
