Quality Inn Lake City

Decent hotel, although older it was clean and well kept. Fine for a one night pass-through stay. Breakfast was sub-par. No hot food except waffles. Seems in this town hotels were pricy (one hundred fifty plus) or cheap (less than a hundred), so hard to find the middle ground. But this was it! It was located off I-75, along with at least 10 other hotels. Busy crossroads. Lots of chain restaurants to choose from for dinner.

This was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean spacious rooms. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good as was the dining area. Quiet location and easy access to the interstate.

I'm not sure i would want to stay here again. The staff were friendly and the room was 'relatively' clean but most of the receptacles in the room did not work and the hotel was in need of some serious cleaning and updating. Breakfast was mediocre at best so if you want a place with breakfast included, go somewhere else.

Quality Inn better check on hotels with their name... this was not worth the price we paid.. keep driving and get something better...it is unkempt.. in need of repair and refurbushing rusty toilet paper holders... make it look even worse.. The breakfast was in no way a breakfast at all we got coffee and left.. its a dump!

Like your average Quality Inn. Clean spacious rooms. Staff was very helpful, kind and friendly. Check in and check out takes a rather long time for some reason. I mean, all the info is already entered in the reservation prior. One of the great mysteries of the universe - what are the desk clerks doing all that time? Breakfast buffet does not match the Choice Hotel photos for this hotel. There are no eggs and biscuits as depicted. Only waffles, juice, nectarines, yogurt and cereal. No bread of any kind. The gym is Spartan. A treadmill, which works well, and a bike that is inoperative. Has been broken for some time - screen battery connectors torn out. There is a cable weight machine as shown. Room remote control TV volume did not respond. Manager stated guests steal the Samsung remote, so the universal remote will have to do. The hotel is adequate, as you get what you pay for. Best price around for the "Quality" - no pun intended.

I was greeted by polite, professional, and exceptionally professional staff!! BOB at the front desk deserves credit here. I was checked in expediently and was DELIGHTED to find my room was INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL!!! GORGEOUSLY DECORATED, EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! I highly recommend this excellent, small hotel in a very convenient travel location!!! 5 STARS !!!

Desk clerk not friendly or accommodating. Our rooms were already assigned when we arrived. There were 3 couples. We asked to be close to each other but we’re told not possible. We’re assigned rooms all on different floors. One room’s phone nor tv worked, and one other room had mold on ceiling. Only one ice functioning machine in entire hotel. The pool area was very dirty. Also bring your own pillows bc the ones there are tiny like a small square sofa pillow. Free bkfst consisted of cereal or waffle, no other choices. Don’t stay there

OMG, Quality Inn needs to take the word “quality” out of their name. I checked in (nice clerk, no problems) and went to my room. The first thing I had to do was go to the bathroom. There was urine on the toilet from a previous guest!! I grabbed my stuff and went to the front desk. All that was available in this empty hotel was a 2-double bed room. I had reserved a king suite. It was about 6pm so the manager and the housekeeping team was gone. My choices were: stay in original room w/king bed and dirty toilet or move to two double beds w/clean toilet. I moved. The hotel is nearly empty. There are less than a dozen cars in the parking lot. The clerk told me there were no king rooms left. After I dropped my stuff in my room I went to the ice machine and on my way I hear the clerk asking the couple checking in (without a reservation) if they would like a room with a king bed or two doubles. ***? I will NEVER NEVER spend the night in a “Quality” Inn again. In fact, I will never stay in a Choice Hotel again.
