We are in deep regret and we sincerely apologise that your recent stay fell short of expectations.It is disappointing to hear the room you were provided failed to meet you expectations, I note your reservation was for one of our standard hotel rooms which are by definition and are of course advertised as a ‘Sleep & Go’ type accommodation.A recognised challenge for us is to ensure that all of our Agents and methods of booking are correctly informed of the size of the room.After arriving at the hotel, depending on the property occupancy, we are sometimes able to offer upgrade options. These upgrade options for larger room types incur additional fees as would happen in most all hotels. Rest assured that we have raised each of the feedback that you shared to our Management team so that we can address your concern directly. May we ask what are your other concerns? We hope to be able to make your stay more comfortable and to provide you and our guests with a much improved experience.
