Eu daria nota 10, mas depois de testemunhar um incidente horrível, dou nota 1. Vi o gerente despejar um balde inteiro de água que quase caiu em um dos faxineiros. Quando me aproximei, ele disse que eles estavam desperdiçando água e suas palavras foram: "Esta é a única maneira que eles entendem". Havia um casal que estava perto dele que disse que ele era muito rude com a maneira como falava com os trabalhadores. Este gerente estava tão orgulhoso me dizendo que era gerente há 30 anos. Este homem não merece ser gerente em nenhuma hospitalidade e precisa voltar a treinar. Sua arrogância, grosseria e desumanidade estão em outro nível. A maioria dos funcionários veio até mim para me agradecer porque ele os maltrata e não tem consideração por eles. Uma das recepcionistas que abordei para pedir ao chefe deste gerente para me ver nunca até hoje, quando estou fazendo o check-out, trouxe alguém. Eles são amigáveis, mas precisam se misturar fora do escritório com seus hóspedes e descobrir como está indo a estadia deles. Observei que apenas o resto da equipe verificava os hóspedes e perguntava como eles estavam. Além de tudo isso, o hotel é lindo e a localização é perfeita.

They were kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that every guest had a pleasant experience. The resort itself is beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat with stunning views. While it’s not right on the beach, the private setting and serene atmosphere make it a great place to unwind. I had the pleasure of visiting the spa during my stay, and I highly recommend it. Eunice was my therapist, and she was fantastic. The treatment was so relaxing, and Eunice’s professionalism made the whole experience unforgettable. Nitai, the executive chef, also deserves special mention. Every meal was exceptional, full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The variety of dishes kept me looking forward to each new meal. The staff’s commitment to creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience, even with a busy resort, made my stay at The Majlis one I’ll always remember.
