Very nice and peaceful hotel, i wanna go back when i have a chance to visit cebu again soon. Again thanks for the warm welcome.

Clean and there staff is very hospitable. I enjoy my stay in there hotel

This place is reasonable considering the price.   Advantages  1. affordable price  2. friendly staff 3. Hygiene conditions are clean.  disadvantage  1.The facility is too old.  2.The rooms are dark  3.The water doesn't come out really well. (The water pressure is too weak,  There are many times when water does not come out)  4. There are times when dogs threaten customers as they pass by.  5.  The air conditioner is weak compared to the room ※. However, the above can be understood to some extent when considering the price. However, if these matters are taken into consideration, customers will be able to travel more comfortably.

Good thing this hotel is cheap price because it’s the only good thing about this hotel. The service from the most of the staff was the worst I’ve ever encountered. They need to take a course on customer service. Very unfriendly, breakfast included with the room but when we wanted to eat, we were told they didn’t have most items that were supposed to be available for breakfast. The rooms were not as pictured, our first room the faucet in the bathroom wasn’t connected.I travel often and have never experienced such poor service. We were made to feel unwelcomed by the scowling faces of the staff. Not enjoyable. Not recommended

Nice! Like the place top. Advice to stay here if you are on a budget

It was great night spending with their hotel, well recommended for those who want to stay within their budget.

Worth it for the price and the room is clean however the water is quite salty and weak . During our stay we heard lady cried screaming feels like its a relative of the owner on fight .

Staff & the management was amazing ❤️ the price is very affordable. 1 minor issue only, the air-conditioned in the room it's not that cold but overall it was a good stay. Thank you!

Not so good. I guess it's an old hotel. I wish they remove that smell in their bathrooms. And they need to check all their windows are fixed specifically the locks. Very important for their guests safety. And I wanna tell the owner of the hotel that it's okay to give the guests the right price as long as their services and amenities also matched on the amount we pay. For me, I prefer that way than pay a cheaper price but you will also suffer the poor amenities and services while you need to stay on your booked room coz you have no choice, no refund. If the owner's goal is only to tricked the guests in booking their hotel because of a cheaper price, then later on, no refund policy after you booked then the guests needs to stay for the rest of her booking stays, it's just like a prison. I'd rather checked out early then leave.

It's first time so I don't know. It's Quite late when I check in strait from the airport.

They have to improve their security. Seriously. I booked a one night stay at this hotel. A stranger was able to enter my room at 2:48am looking for ‘Jimmy’ while I was inside and the door was locked. I was really scared and didn’t sleep until the morning. I was on the 3rd floor so if in case that person was a thief or had weapons with her/him/them (the person looked like a transwoman) and especially if I was asleep, I wouldn’t be able to save myself. The next day I found out from the reception that the guy who previously occupied that room (and was then transferred to another room) declared that the duplicate key to the room I was in was missing, which was probably the key that the transwoman used to open my room. And also maybe the transwoman was the owner of the underwear that was hung in the bathroom that they forgot to take out before I checked in. 🤦♀️ That was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. Although I appreciate how the staff tried to provide good customer service in checking in and out of the hotel. Please note that there’s also additional fee for hot water (for shower).
