All the toilets in this hotel are sized for children, except for the handicap rooms. Do yourself a favor and purchase a booster seat from somewhere nearby. According to staff it’s been like this for many years. After that experience who cares what the rest of the hotel has to offer.

Checked in on Dec 04/2023 for 1 night. Front desk staff member and sakes director Stacey Startzel was fantastic, professional, friendly and definitely customer service orientated. On our 14 day road trip we were most impressed by this checkin experience. Room was clean as was the facility. Room was WELL stocked for an extended stay, including a full size fridge, dishwasher and microwave, they also include a mini 4 burner stove n oven. Will be staying here again as a result of the customer service

Not what I expected from a Marriott property. Mismatched and dinged furniture, dated bathroom, sketchy rug … the bed was comfy enough but any movement produced a great deal of squeaking. It seemed pretty clean, though, overall. Wouldn’t recommend.

Other than having a kitchen with a full size fridge and nice modern countertops, I have nothing nice to say about this hotel. We got to our room late and pulled out the sofa for our kids to sleep on and it was completely ripped and shredded. We're on a long road trip and I've had my kids sleep in some relatively uncomfortable pullouts but this was unacceptable. I think a blanket on the floor would have been more comfortable (seriously). On the plus side, we did ask to be moved to another room and the lady at the desk agreed, but honestly that bed was worse, and I'm not sure how that's even possible. We asked for a refund (which thankfully we got) and moved to the Courtyard, their sister property, a stones throw away. It was better because they had two queens. I'll make a separate review for that, because there are issues with these properties which have the same owner, but overall it was nicer. I don't blame any of this on housekeeping or maintenance. I think this is the case of an owner who is cheap and does the bare minimum to keep the Marriott name. You can tell by the very random improvements that likely had to happen to stay in the franchise. I have not a doubt in my mind that these employees are overworked and underpaid. The sister property has the same issues. This hotel is tired, run down, and absolutely not up to Marriott standard. I suppose it would be fine without someone needing to sleep on the pull out, but I'm hard pressed to think that you can't get something substantially better for quite possibly cheaper very near by.

As a frequent Marriott user this hotel is by far the worst Marriott hotel that I have ever visited. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place is dirty, tvs don’t work and the light bulb was burnt out. Obviously, the management are not checking the custodial staff work. This property is an embarrassment to Marriott.

First red flag was when you put the address into your google maps and it tries to get you to go into a different hotel across the street. We should have. Got to the hotel can't really tell how to get to the front desk since the door makes it seem like you're going through the said door. Two women just sitting there when they clearly should have been cleaning the rooms but I get it...probably not in their job descriptions. We get to the sketchy elevator another red flag when my 3 year old grandson screamed scared to death and didn't want to get on it. Walked all the way to the end of the hall go get to our room. When you first walked in you could tell it was extremely dated with VERY old dirty appliances. The door on the fridge opens wrong. Later that evening my daughter and I were in the bedroom looking for the remote (which I'll talk about next). In doing so, she notices the tampon right next to the nightstand which is right by her bed and I noticed the big wad of hair ball up by the wall. She looked behind the dresser thinking it may have fell back there...nope but some girl went home without a pair of panties as it was behind the dresser. We did finally find the remote and once sitting in the living room, you look on the floor...there are crumbs and crap all over it. All of these things would NOT have been missed had they cleaned the room before we got to it well after check-in times. Back to the remotes...my husband and I would be in the living room watching the tv for a minute and then it would just turn off. Turns out that whenever my daughter was trying to turn the tv on in the bedroom of horrors it would turn the living room tv off. She would have to close the door in order for everyone to watch tv. When you walked into the kitchen there was crap all over the floor that was now all over your feet. Wouldn't have been there had they actually cleaned!!!! This is NOT the service we are use to from staying at Marriott Hotels. Maybe it's time to look into the Hilton!!! We did stay there the night of July 26, 2022. Forgot to mention (because my husband is the only tall one to see it) along the shower top edge there is mold and the hand bar is gone from the tub and letting water in the one side as well. That can't be good!
